Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

They recommended I have my windows and windshield tinted for maximum coverage and privacy. (No one wants to drive in a fish bowl!) Living in Arizona the heat can get pretty brutal so ceramic tint is the only way to go in my opinion because it offers that extreme UV protection compared to traditional window tint. Not to mention it'll last me way longer so the price is worth it for the longevity. I also got the PPF (paint protection film; now I don't have to worry about rock chips and road debris hitting my car and ruining the paint job) Definitely worth the price for full protection on your car. You'll barely even notice that it's there because they will make sure everything fits and is applied correctly with no air bubbles. So far I've been loving it and the install was done perfectly with no errors. They even installed front and rear dash cams for me! The wires are installed and tucked in so professionally into the car so you can barely tell it's there. Some researching and i found Debra and Jesse with Mountainside Glass. Debra handled the insurance claim for me so I literally had to do nothing on my end. And both Debra and Jesse reassured me that they would take good care of me.
