Wonderful florist! I live in California and sent flowers to my mother-in-law. I could not believe how beautiful the flowers were. I was not sure of the size so I went medium. Wow! It was huge. I have ordered from Oberer's in the past but apparently you have to be very picky as not all of their options are the same. While I have been happy in the past, I recently ordered the Blooming Plants and Gardens and was VERY disappointed. For $95 including delivery, we received a set of "Blooming Plants" that we could have gotten for $20 at Home Depot. I emailed the company my displeasure with this selection and didn't hear one word back. So, that order will be my last order. I would just advise you to be careful with what you select. Just make sure it's not an arrangement that you can get at Home Depot! Good luck! read more

I ordered flowers online from across the country to be delivered to a local hospital. It's always nerve-wracking buying flowers online...you never know what they're going to look like and if the quality is going to be relative to the price. The online ordering process was quick and easy, and the flowers were delivered early the next day and were above and beyond what I was expecting. There is great value here and the recipient said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever gotten. I would highly recommend this company based on my one-time experience. read more

Still need to remember to check my credit card statement since Oberer did not send an advice of refund. I ordered a wreath for my mother's birthday by phoning order to Carmel location on December 08, 2014. Oberer's sent a confirmation email confirming the order and the amount of the order at roughly $64.00. As well they also charged my credit card immediately. No problem I thought. I was happy with the ease of the transaction and the efficiency. Well.. Later that afternoon, Oberer's phoned back and said there "designer" decided that they now wanted $95 or they would not deliver the wreath. This really put be in a bind as it was now too late in the day to place an order with another vendor. I respectfully requested that Oberer's honor the original price quoted, confirmed via email and already charged to my credit card. They refused to honor their original quote. I told them to cancel the order as I felt it was extremely unprofessional for them to arbitrarily change the price and ask me for 50% upcharge for no valid reason other than their "designer" wanted more money after the fact. I requested a confirmation email indicating cancelation of the order. I requested refund of original funds charged to my credit card on an immediate basis. I have NOT received cancelation email or refund of the charges against my credit card. OBERER'S was extremely unprofessional and it seemed that they wanted to punish me for failed internal business mechanisms. read more

My husband spent nearly $100 on roses for Valentine's day, they were delivered on Friday, by Sunday, some of them had their heads hanging and had petals turning black, probably because they were delivered when it was cold outside and they weren't covered at all. I didn't call until Thursday to tell them about them, because now they need thrown away, she put me on hold for 9 minutes and came back and offered 25% off the next order. There won't be a next time, so I declined. They have mold growing on them. My son's girlfriend got me flowers from Walmart and they last a month! I guess I know where to get flowers from now on. read more

I order flowers from here every week or so. The daily specials are a great price for the quality of the bouquet plus they let you keep the vase! Have had to change my order several times after placing it and they are always able to help me and change it for me. Always deliver on time! Never had a bad experience with them since I started ordering from them over a year ago. Recently order bouquets of flowers for two separate occasions. Both times the flowers were not what the picture showed and described on the website. I was specific on one of the orders that I hate the color pink. The order on the website describe specifically white carnations with a picture of white carnations. What did I get delivered.... pink carnations!!!. The teddy bear was plain brown, instead wearing the depicted colorful sweater on the website. I had even spent a long time with the person on the phone about being specific with the order. Very disappointed. The best the company could do after coming up with several poor excuses and acting like it was my fault, was to give me 20% off my next order. hmmmmmm !!! No thank you!!!!. I have several family members in Carmel and Noblesville. Will not being using Oberer's flowers again. read more

Do not order flowers from this business because your flower order will not be delivered! I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday in the early morning and was told they would be delivered that day! Well she did not receive her flowers! I called and asked what the problem was and was told they got the address messed up and could not deliver but did not call me to confirm the address and tell me there was a problem with my flower delivery. So they said they would be delivered early the next morning! At noon they had still not been delivered so I called again and they could not tell me what the problem was and when and if my flowers would be delivered!! So I asked to talk to a manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes and still had not talked to a manager so I had no choice but to cancel my order. So if you want flowers delivered for a special occasion I would go to a different florist so you do not have to go through this frustration!!! read more

Waited 30 minutes on a Saturday to order prom flowers for exactly a week later. Three employees, but only one operating the store. He was redoing an order in front of us, answering multiple phone calls. I left thinking that I would just call, as that obviously gets more attention. When I called on Tuesday, I was told that it was too late to order prom flowers, even after I explained that this was my second attempt to place an order. I will use Gilbert's Flower Shop for my floral needs in the future. read more

I live in Colorado and wanted to help my daughter celebrate her 23rd birthday by sending flowers since this would be her first birthday without her family. To ensure the best results I figured contacting a florist directly would work best. I found Oberer's Flowers online and their reviews seemed decent. I spoke with a young lady who assisted me with deciding on something special and I was able to pay the $60 over the phone. I specifically requested that the delivery be made by 4 pm. At 4 pm my daughter called to tell me she was leaving work with no mention of a delivery. I immediately contacted Oberer's Flowers to find out my order was never filled. I checked my account and they managed to charge me the $60.15 with no problem but could not manage to fill the order. I am pissed because I trusted Oberer's Flowers with making my daughter's birthday without her family special and they failed to deliver. This is very disappointing as I am thousands of miles away and am not in a position to make it right for my daughter. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Used Oberer's for my daughter's wedding. I was concerned that the table centerpieces would not be big enough so I had them make up a couple for her wedding shower. Sure enough they were way too small. So I made an appointment to meet with my wedding gal - only to find out she had left the company. Met with someone else that pulled up my order and we discussed all new centerpieces. The price almost doubled but I expected that. On the day of the wedding there was no changes at all made to my centerpieces. They were the original very small ones that I expressed adamantly that I did not want. When I pointed them out they assured me they would increase the size of them on site. But the only thing they added was a tiny amount of baby breath. After the wedding I called and waited two weeks for a return call - after explaining the situation they told me they would refund the overpayment and apologized. When I received the refund it was $100 under what they owed. I won't bother with them again. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered flowers, got an immediate email confirmation yet they were never delivered. Called and emailed with no reply. Eventually got through a day later was told delivery didn't happen as my credit card was declined. Nobody thought to call or email and no apology was offered. read more

The corsage was beautiful when I picked it up. Pictures were at 4:30, by 5 two of the flowers had fallen off, by 7 they were all gone. Makes me sad. I feel like I let her down. Purposely paid more money by going to a florist wanting a quality product. :( read more

How can you deliver flowers.... With two notifications of no delivery within 5 minutes. And then..... Put a fake call back number that correlates to radio Disney. It's valentines day........ The biggest floral delivery day of the year. Get it together or at least get some competent people to answer the phone. It was sad how bad the service was. What a joke!!!! read more

I am absolutely disappointed in the service I received from this company. I ordered a white flower cross for a funeral that looked absolutely gorgeous online. However what I received was absolute garbage. This place has the worst customer service ever. I talked to Hanna who was nice and she asked me what I wanted to help solve this problem I gave her one solution fix it or I want a refund. She called me 2 hours later stating the florist was refusing to fix it and she stated that the florist said it looked fine. Well I asked Hannah did she think it looked like the picture SHE SAID "NOT EVEN CLOSE" your own employee wouldn't even back you up. So I said I'm getting my money back then right all $400.00. She said the manager is willing to give you $100.00. Essentially 25% off for something I didn't even want. I am currently in the process of disputing this fraudulent charge for something I didn't want. I would never recommend this company to anyone steer clear if you don't want your event ruined. read more
