In another instance regarding the same case I emailed her a letter from the courts and she acted as if she received every page except the one that was needed to take action even though she read me the page while on the phone. She tries to trick the clients into thinking that she knows everything and we know nothing and refused to let anyone speak to Victor- claiming he is in deposition or with another client EVRRY SINGLE TIME someone calls. I've called every day of the week for a month straight and was still unable to speak to Victor or find out anything in regards to my case until I suggested paying more money for a DIFFERENT case; in which he CAME TO MY HOME TO COLLECT PAYMENT.
