I had no previous experience with a chiropractor, I was certain it was going to be painful, but I was at the end of my rope and couldn't get any help from the emergency room or regular medical doctor. Muscle relaxers and pain meds couldn't touch the pain I was in. (Pills, injections and patches) Dr Mitch got me in right away, took x-rays, took a detailed history. I was a bit on edge with the location of the procedure but the nurse got me numbed and situated and when Dr. Baillis came in to do the procedure he explained what he was going to do and showed me where he would be cutting. I really appreciated the fact he kept a conversation with me during the procedure to keep my mind off of what was actually happening. Very kind, courteous, and professional all around from him and his staff. Would highly recommend.
