I had to contact him multiple times for him to actually send me the instructions that I needed and then I had to ask how to navigate his awful website (which was also missing critical information/documents that I needed to file my return sucsessfully). Nobody I talked to seemed happy to help me. He had some lady answering the phone for him and she seemed very put off when I asked for help because they changed websites without telling me so I was trying to login to an old website with no idea that I wasn't even on the correct site.
