He had detailed invoices, receipts and was just organized and efficient in general. He responded to all of my emails which probably became annoying as I've never had this kind of service and had lots of questions. They did everything they said they were going to on the dates they said they would. We really couldn't be happier. A couple pieces on the side were forgotten by the cutter, but other than that I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. He is an extremely likable person and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, which is not something that the competition was doing for me. The thing about is that he is a perfectionist so I came up with the "Fussy Russy". Needless to say after all the design process that we went through with him, he was able to use his computer systems to generate what the property would look like before he did it so that we can be a part of the design process. We are extremely happy with the results and he did a great job. Out of the competition, he was also extremely aggressive with his pricing. I would say that the other competitors were way more money and the work was not as good quality. In the aftermath that same day, Tip Top Timber was in the area, and a local resident recommended them, so I hired them. Normally I'd have gotten a quote but since my car was buried under trees, and my front porch and garage crushed by them, it was urgent to get the trees cleared out. They did what they were hired to do, but when the job was done, they presented a bill that was nearly $10,000, and was significantly higher than prices I was quoted after the fact, from other companies in the area. I don't understand the reviews that say how reasonable their prices are. I would not, under any circumstances, hire this company again.
