Prompt response, friendly, and professional. Also, not overpriced. I had my guest bathroom's door locked, and the door handle was being unscrewed. The latch fell on other side of the bathroom. Shameful really, just shameful. I'm headed out of town when my 20 year old daughter calls in a panic cuz she locked her keys in her car. 1st time for her. Told her to call a locksmith. Unfortunately, these guys were the first option on Google. Must pay extra for that. Showed up spent about 5 mins and then charged her $105. WHAT? The most I have ever paid is $45. So I called and asked how much they would charge for the service, same type of vehicle same city. I was told $65 flat, no trip charge or anything extra. I asked why he just charged my daughter $105. Umm, umm, umm, she didn't call first and get a quote is what I was told. Now I understand why they show up first on Google. They can afford it by overcharging unsuspecting customers.
