They truly bounce around, interacting with everyone and are on top of service - not only when your glass is running low... they pop by & discuss what you're drinking. They take your feedback & make suggestions from there on what else you may like or might prefer based on the discussion, which is pretty awesome. We did a total of 3 here & thought all 3 were good. The lager with lime had a lot of lime in it. The pickle beer was very unique. They are located in what appears to be an office building downtown, but still looked like a brewery, and they do make the beer there. They are very limited in food, snack mix, snack pretzels and 5 pizzas made to order in a small pizza oven behind the counter. We tried the cheese which was pretty good.

There is plenty of natural light. The music is good. The ambiance clean & fresh without feeling sterile/ generic or uninviting. The staff know their products & the selections are solid. The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory.
