Just wow!!! Sold on the first visit accompanying my wife who has a fear of dental work/Dentists. From the very 1st phone call to book an appointment they couldn't have been any more accommodating to her situation given the tough circumstances(Kudos to the woman on the phone and her patience to find matching solution). After an hour drive to the office, the look, smell and sounds of the office are uber-pleasant, very calming and relaxing to point I could've easily taken a nap. Dr. Sammie and her staff are the politest and considerate I have ever met. Dr. Sammie offered options and her professional opinion without regard to what was most profitable to her business. Your comfort and reassurance are always forefront. Bedside manner and respect are top notch and only wish there were closer to us, but that is my issue. This is going to be your dentist for the re. Everyone was kind and patient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely gentle, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wow, to say that this woman is an angel, Is an understatement. To preface this review, I was horrible assaulted and had my front tooth broken off in concrete. It was my front tooth, and I was devastated. I had quotes from other dentists that were double that of what she gave, and didn't really take the time to explain all my options. Dr. Samiee not only took the time to listen to my story, but to also empathize with what I experienced and how she was going to help me. She gave me all the options and their costs (because I'm uninsured), and gave me realistic expectations of what to expect. Honestly, she almost replicated my broken tooth, with this crown, and I can barely tell the difference. She was able to help my teeth physically heal, but understood how much my smile meant to me, and made sure I wasn't disappointed. I followed up with a cleaning and again, she didn't try to gauche me for more money and procedures, but gave me a comprehensive exam which details a treatment plan for the next few years. The cleaning was pretty deep, because I haven't had one in 2 years, but she was very careful not to be too aggressive or to hurt me. I left her office, understanding the work I needed to do, and had a plan of what work I was going to get done, and at what pace would make most sense based on priority. Honestly, all the work I need to have done is daunting, but looking into the Dr.'s sweet eyes and hearing her reassuring voice of how she's committed to help me through this journey, truly gave me solace. I have never seen or even heard of a dental office being as beautiful, clean, and up to date as this office. With that said Dr Ava went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only was she extremely personable and welcoming, but she actually took the time to explain to me everything that's going on. Well I was scheduled to get a crown done today and I was stressing about my insurance and what I can pay to get it done. My phone also froze in there so I also had a lot of anxiety on trying to figure out how to check my bank accounts. Amazing staff, amazing doctor, amazing office. I recently found myself in excruciating pain with my regular dentist on vacation. Although having a completely booked schedule Dr. Samiee and her staff were able to get me in the very same day to assess my situation. Imagine that a completely brand new patient getting in to see the doctor on a very busy Friday. Upon first entering the office the receptionist greeted me by name and had me fill out some paperwork. I was probably in the waiting area for less then 2 minutes before being taken back. Due to some past experiences I 'm very particular about whom I allow to work on my teeth. I found Dr. Samiee online and saw her office was located within minutes of my home. Most of the other offices listed in the area were being given a 3 star rating by their clients. Dr. Samiee however had a 5 Star and raving reviews from all of her patients across the board. The dental hygienists and assistants are very personable and make you feel comfortable. Overall treatments are done with such care and always keep the patient in mind. Dr. Samiee is very approachable and takes the time to get to get to know her patients which really set my mind at ease. Dr. Aveed Samiee is the best dentist in Orange County. Having had multiple dental issues growing up, I think it's safe to say that I've been to many dentists throughout my life. I was introduced to Dr. Samiee's office by a friend when I moved to the area this year. First off, OC Lifetime Dental is a beautiful office. Everything is clean, new, and state-of-the-art. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Dr. Samiee is stunningly beautiful and I was so impressed with all the knowledge she had. She did a very thorough exam and even cleaned my teeth herself! What dentist does that? She was so personable and explained everything so clearly, I did not have any questions for her. My second appointment with her was for a root canal. I had a big filling done by my previous dentist who told me that I may need a root canal and referred me to a specialist. I moved to OC shortly after so was never able to go to the specialist and asked Dr. Samiee for a referral. Dr. Samiee is specially trained in root canals, she did not even have to refer me to someone else! My root canal went so smoothly and was done so quickly, it didn't feel like a dental appointment. I haven't been to a dentist in quite a while.... like 5 years. Fearing the worst when I walked in, I explained to Dr. Belderes my situation. She said that a real good cleaning was the place to start... and to see where that leads. And clean she did! First the usual dental picks, then a ultrasonic scaling, then a rinse, then another round with the picks.. then a polish... WOW!! The x-rays came back pretty good, they only showed a 45 year old amalgam filling is starting to crumble, and needs replacing. That was about it I had a great experience, start to finish...... First off the front office receptionist is great! I was referred here from my dentist to see a Dr. Ryan Cook ( a periodontist) who is no longer a part of the practice. I ended up seeing Dr Ruprecht (another periodontist). I had issues with white areas inside the mouth that my dentist was concerned with. She looked inside my mouth & said she "thought" it was leukoplakia but would need to check with her "professor" to see if any new medication were available. She also stated she might need to do a biopsy to role out cancer & would need to check with her pathologist. Waited a week & no call back. After 7 day's I called the office back to find out what was going on. The receptionist (who remembered me) was a bit surprised that I never got a call back. She had the Dr. call me only to be told that, "there is no medication for leukoplakia (I knew this, my daughter is an RN) & we'd need to do a biopsy "just so that I would have something in my file stating it wasn't contagious"! My charge was to be $450.00 cash up front, but they'd bill the insurance. I was diagnosed a year ago with breast cancer, only finished all my treatments in Nov. & this idiot used the "C" word like it was a cold! Needless to say, I canceled that appt. called my oncologist & got another referral to someone better able to treat my problem. Also, the first question the "new" dentist asked "where you referred to an oral surgeon for this procedure (biopsy)"! Beware of any doctor that states they need to check with their "professor" before they do anything! read more
