I hired him for a check up on a used Yamaha U3 that I recently purchased that also desperately needed tuning. He is very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Tuned my piano and made some minor adjustments on the action along the way and only charged me the flat fee he said he would charge for tuning. Highly recommend this piano tuner! Huy came and tuned and restored our 110-year old piano. We have had numerous folks work on it previously who have told us we need to replace the hammers and the piano wires (which were painted at some point). Huy, however, had ingenious ways to restore the functionality of the hammers and our wires, allowing us to keep the piano original equipment. We were really impressed with his technical knowledge of piano repair.
