We were able to do FaceTime consultations along with in-person appointments, which made planning everything so much easier. They also worked with me on financing, which I really appreciated. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. I still tipped because I know what it's like to be in the beauty industry working for tips. I reached out to the private line which I assumed was the owner cause it was sending me personal texts about rescheduling to give some feedback because I didn't want to put my girl on the spot and make her uncomfortable. I wanted the owner and her to have a private one on one coaching moment with the feedback that I left. You can read the messages listed above, but long story short it spiraled to such a point where instead of just giving private coaching, they had her try and call me to apologize, which is both embarrassing for her and myself and completely unprofessional. If you go to a restaurant and don't like your food, you don't see the manager, bringing out the chef to apologize to you right? they just fix the food and that's the end of it. I felt like they were completely targeting her and trying to make it seem like I was doing the same and they were telling me that she was ashamed which I was not trying to belittle her. I was just trying to share private criticism about not leaving someone in a room for 20 minutes to just lay there with a face mask on and getting too much slapping movements on the face which was making me uncomfortable. I would absolutely never go back just based on the way they treat their employees. On top of that they try to make it right with a $75 refund which I said that I would accept because I drove an hour and a half away and they stopped messaging me when I said I would accept so now they're not doing that either. I can never support a business that tries to make their employees feel small when they make a mistake and embarrass them. I…read moreinitially came to Naked MD for masseter Botox for my jaw pain and TMJ and also got a nefertiti lift to prevent jowling from occurring. I've gone 3 times now for this treatment with nurse Cara and my TMJ and migraines improved significantly after the first treatment! I also added on forehead and 11's Botox during my last appointment and am very pleased with the results! Nurse Cara is very skilled, informative, kind, and calming (I was nervous!). I highly recommend her for Botox and will keep her as my injector! I also recently got lip filler after winning a free syringe through an instagram raffle! I was a bit nervous to get this done because I don't love the overfilled look and just wanted them to look plump and natural. I ended up getting just a little over half of the syringe injected and am so happy with the results! The healing process wasn't too rough for me but just beware that your lips will be a lot more swollen than when the filler finally settles. I had my filler done by nurse Celena (because Cara wasn't working on the day of my availability to come in) and she is just as incredible! She was kind, warm, sensitive to my reservations and took a conservative approach to make sure I felt comfortable with the results! Highly recommend her for lip filler!

She has a great energy, she is so knowledgable, and has top of the line equipment from Europe (before it even gets to the US many times), treatments are so relaxing, and her products actually WORK. K, now if you want the short novel: To be honest I was skeptical to get a treatment because it's the Wild West when it comes to ingredients and there's so much crap out there, plus my skin reacts to so much... BUT. I just had my first treatment with Spela and I'm sold. I have always struggled with very dry skin and I also have lot of food allergies- (especially gluten). Despite being super conscientious about what I eat and what I put on my skin, I kind of resolved that my best skin would always include redness and bumps on top of the dryness. Then, in the last two months, I got a new member to the club- I developed some serious issues with the edges of my mouth being constantly cracked and then my skin all around my mouth basically cracking off. gross I know. I hadn't told Spela any of my gut issues or allergies and she read my face like a book- immediately pointing signs that out that my gut must be very upset with me lol and my gross mouth situation was peri oral dermatitis and possibly a B12 deficiency (which I know I have). She was immediately so encouraging we were going to fix it all (if I promised to do my part of the work- she was very clear on that lol). She sent me home with a regimen and I'm not kidding, it's only one day/ 2 regimens later and my gross mouth is already like 50% better and my skin is glowing. I can't say my skin has ever felt "nourished", and that really is the only way I can describe what my face feels like. Overall, her whole space and the experience was so relaxing. I'll circle back in a couple months with an update- I finally have hope I can have control over my skin :)

To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference!
