That's one of the reasons I go to her because she's not trying to sugar coat anything. She's honest with me about all their treatments and I trust her. I recently did the Xerf skin tightening treatment as I'm 48 and my skin has started to sag and get more creppy around my jawline and neck. My session went so well-I will warn you it was a bit painful but so worth it!!! I was blown away with the results. It really is quite remarkable especially after just one treatment. That explanation didn't make sense because she knew my appointment was for that specific product. It felt like an excuse instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication. I understand that inventory issues happen, but good customer service means respecting your clients' time and communicating when there's a problem. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here.
