I've repeatedly had nothing but amazing experiences here with both Botox and now lip filler! I initially came to Naked MD for masseter Botox for my jaw pain and TMJ and also got a nefertiti lift to prevent jowling from occurring. I've gone 3 times now for this treatment with nurse Cara and my TMJ and migraines improved significantly after the first treatment! I also added on forehead and 11's Botox during my last appointment and am very pleased with the results! Nurse Cara is very skilled, informative, kind, and calming (I was nervous!). I highly recommend her for Botox and will keep her as my injector! I also recently got lip filler after winning a free syringe through an instagram raffle! I was a bit nervous to get this done because I don't love the overfilled look and just wanted them to look plump and natural. I ended up getting just a little over half of the syringe injected and am so happy with the results! The healing process wasn't too rough for me but just beware that your lips will be a lot more swollen than when the filler finally settles. I had my filler done by nurse Celena (because Cara wasn't working on the day of my availability to come in) and she is just as incredible! She was kind, warm, sensitive to my reservations and took a conservative approach to make sure I felt comfortable with the results! Highly recommend her for lip filler! read more

I've been going to NAKEDMD for several years now, and the changes I've seen in my face over the years have been incredible. Sometimes a cheaper deal isn't worth the price. Unfortunately I felt off when the lip injector had said I needed to have a zoom call with a nurse to make sure I was clear for injections. I went through a ton of pain for my lips to be absolutely embarrassing. And lost $$$ because of it as well. I so badly wanted to love my results and this place . But unfortunately my lip results say otherwise . And when I had mentioned I wasn't happy they said absolutely nothing about it . Don't get the tox either as I had NO results at all . Truly disappointing, please make sure to go somewhere else for injections. I had a very disappointing experience with Naked Medical Spa today. I made a long drive for a scheduled appointment to receive a specific product, only to find out after I arrived that they didn't have it in stock. What frustrates me most is that they knew they didn't have the product before my appointment, yet no one bothered to call or text me to let me know. A simple phone call would have saved me the time, gas, and inconvenience of making the trip for nothing. When I expressed that I was upset, the staff member tried to say she thought I was there for other procedures as well. That explanation didn't make sense because she knew my appointment was for that specific product. It felt like an excuse instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication. I understand that inventory issues happen, but good customer service means respecting your clients' time and communicating when there's a problem. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I hope the spa improves its communication so other clients don't have the same experience. Based on how my appointment was handled, I can't recommend them. read more

I had one syringe of lip filler done here a month ago. After the swelling went down, there was zero difference compared to before -- my lips look exactly the same. I've been to the Mission Viejo location of NakedMD twice now and both visits have been positive experience. During my first visit I did PRF injections under the eye. Autumn was my nurse injector and she was very gentle and knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job explaining the process and setting my expectations. Even so, I was shook by how crazy I looked immediately afterward. When first injected, the PRF just sits under the skin like a massive liquid bubble... but it did go down within 2 days and was barely noticeable, and I didn't bruise at all. This time I decided to do Collagel under the eyes instead. Some places call this PRF EZ Gel. It's also a PRF product but prepared to a thicker consistency, more like filler, to improve some of the hollowness. Emma was my nurse injector and she was so great. She was very kind and also had a gentle touch. She walked me through every step of what she was doing to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain or discomfort. I appreciate that she took her time to make sure everything was just right. The whole process took a little over 1 hour from the blood draw until she was finished with the procedure. They also apply topical numbing cream while you wait for the Collagel to be prepared. My immediate results look promising, so I can't wait to see the final result in about 2 weeks. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at NakedMD Mission Viejo due to poor organization and lack of basic customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM on January 15 but the process started off poorly. I was checked in, handed an iPad to fill out my information, and immediately ushered into a treatment room. After that, no one checked on me. After 10 minutes, I went back out to return the iPad and was told, "We'll be with you shortly." Another 10 minutes passed with no one coming in. At this point, I was already 20 minutes past my appointment time, sitting unattended. I went out again to ask when I would be seen. I was told they would "check." A few minutes later, someone finally came in--not to start treatment, but to take photos and aggressively upsell additional services. I declined. More waiting followed. Another staff member came in to explain they were waiting for a nurse to validate my information. After yet another delay, the nurse finally video-called in. Two minutes later, my injector came in and completed the treatment quickly. From start to finish, I was there 45 minutes, saw four different people, and felt more like a sales opportunity than a client. The lack of communication, excessive waiting, and constant upselling made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. If you value punctuality and customer care, I would NOT RECOMMEND coming here. It's not an aesthetic clinic. It's just a bunch of sales people working at this place. It's awful. I've been to many clinics before and nothing like this. It's a pretty sad environment. Hate to write negative reviews but had to be done and this is solely for whoever is doing the appointment bookings. Back story - my sister and I are from south OC so it takes us about 35-45 minutes to get to this location and we go due to nurse Kara who is great at what she does, awesome, amazing every time, which is why we followed her to this location. The first time at this location, we had an appointment all with nurse Kara. Coming from south OC, probably 10 ish minutes before our arrival, we get a call saying she is running behind if we can push down to an hour later... we told them we were already there and then the girl on the phone said it's fine she will see us, great we hung up. Then 5 minutes later we get a call saying actually she had to take her lunch so we cannot be seen but we were offered a facial but couldn't be done today.. lol what...? We told the girl we were there so we'd talk in the office. Got to the office and pretty much had to wait for nurse Kara - which was pretty annoying because now we were what, an hour after our scheduled appointment time? We had our visit with nurse Kara, she was great. We love her. She was very apologetic for something that is out of her control. And because she was so great, we thought this horrible scheduling wouldnt be an issue later... wrong Fast forward to today, this time with our kids (1 year olds btw). My sister and I purposely set our appointment earlier @ 11:30AM to avoid any issues. Surprise surprise, we arrived on time, checked in, and the girl takes us to our room and proceeds to tell us that nurse Kara started injecting just right now if we could wait 30-45 minutes. Lol shocker? Not really. I told her we're just going to walk around the plaza if she could give us a call when they are ready since we really had no choice. I told her this same thing happened last time and she totally dismissed it and tried to turn the blame on us and proceeded to say that they were squeezing us in last time which is the reason for the delay, when in fact that was false and we all had a scheduled appointment, but whatever. So we went on a walk and surprise surprise again, we get a call about 50 minutes after, so around 12:20pm, this time, it was nurse Kara running behind from the previous appointment and if we could come in at 1:30PM... LOL WHAT?!? We arrived at 11:25AM... a pretty much 2 hour wait???? When we had an appointment? What's the point of scheduling an appointment? So at this point - we're pissed but what can we do, we're already there and didn't want to make a drive back AGAIN. So we waited around. Then we get a call at 1:20PM to come she's back from her lunch. Lololol so it was never a patient, it was her lunch, which everyone deserves and needs. But they could've just been straightforward with us from the beginning. If they were transparent and said 1:30PM instead of beating around the bush, it would kind of be a different story but they didn't. Whoever does the scheduling for this location lacks knowledge and needs to be taught how to schedule appropriately and accordingly. This is the second time we've had to wait when we had appointment times and it's completely unacceptable. Disappointment, upset, and just pissed the fuck off is an understatement. Do not go here. This place is completely fraudulent. I specifically asked to know exactly what was being injected into my face, and they ignored me. The product they injected didn't work. When I followed up, they told me to come in to speak with a manager. I drove all the way there, only to find out there was no manager on site and no one who could help, even though they had scheduled the appointment. Don't waste your time or risk your face. Even if they advertise cheap prices for units on Instagram, it's absolutely not worth it. It's a waste of money. Poor customer service as well. read more

Close to the final results - it's been exactly 2 weeks since I got Versa lip filler, & I'm pleasantly surprised by the results so far. Typically my past injections just didn't seem to last, & based on the descriptions I've heard for different fillers, Versa seemed subpar to what I've used before. In fact, I've liked how my lips looked during the two week period of swelling, but wasn't happy with the lasting results. I'm sure there's still some swelling left, but my lips look much bigger & fuller than they did before, but I'll have to see how long it lasts. No one has come straight out & asked me if I got injections either, (unless they were holding their tongue). I did definitely have a good amount of bruising, which was new, parts of my lips were much darker than others, but that's gone. I also didn't quite follow the post-care instructions to the letter - I did use straws, drink, & other usual daily activities. All I did do was ensure they were always well hydrated, & use arnica gel overnight. I was told not to use the gel as it's more drying than a cream, but I added a layer of vitamin E oil with the arnica. I added an updated picture at the two week mark - I'm just wearing basic chapstick. I already have another appointment scheduled for a new service - overall, I recommend NakedMD, especially my injector Autumn, for lip fillers. read more

This place is the worst. My husband had gotten me a giftcard based on the awesome Yelp reviews and my expierience has been questionable at best. I started coming in December and came approximately every 6 weeks for Sculptra and about every 3 months for Dysport. Approximately 7-8 times total. Not a single time did I see the same nurse. It sort of feels like there is a revolving door of nurses that continually got worse as time went on. You barely speak to the nurse at all, just the front desk lady to be the intermediary before they inject you and they go off pictures to quote you instead of actually speaking to you about your concerns. I have a permanent nodule from poor injecting from two times ago. This last time they did an awful job with placement and my eyebrows drooped but the top of my forehead was missed completely. They also changed their pricing after convincing me to sign up for their "tox club" and continued to charge me for this club even though the product I used was no longer included in this program. The front desk lady tried to argue with me that they dilute their Dysport differently than other medspas and that is why they were now currently dramatically overpriced. When they sent in the nurse to speak to me about dilution rates, she told me they used the standard dilution that was recommended on the packaging, so the front desk lady was being totally dishonest. They texted me two weeks after my treatment to tell me that the price went back down to a normal price and I commented that my forehead was a mess and my nodule was still there and let me know that they had availability today at 11am. I said that worked for me and worked my whole day around the treatment, but when I got there they had never actually made the appointment. They were going to "squeeze me in" and after over 30 minutes of waiting in a room, they came to tell me they were going to charge me for their mistake because it was now 3 weeks out not 2 and I would have to keep waiting. I just left. I would rather go somewhere else trusted with my facial injections. This place is a hot mess. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Kara - I have not had a bad experience with anyone here, but Kara is seriously an angel. I had passed out during Botox (plz don't @ me, now I know I need to eat beforehand) and the next time I came, Kara took over the second half of my face she was so kind and gentle and gave me juice. I requested specifically to have Kara be my injector the next time I came, and when we got there my bf and I inquired about other services - mind you I had just one appointment for Botox at 5. Kara and the front desk team all stayed extra late to not only answer all of our questions about lip filler and a non surgical nose job for my bf, but Kara skipped her date night to get both done that same night. You'd think after passing out I'd be pretty unlikely to return, but Kara seriously completely reassured me about it and the lips + nose all look great and went smoothly. I really have enjoyed my experiences with NakedMD in general, but Kara now has my ongoing loyalty. Honorable mention for Danica (spellcheck) who did our consultations and was also extremely helpful and sweet, and another girl who was at the front desk and also very sweet and helpful but I didn't get her name read more

Would NOT recommend. If you're going for a lip injection, cross your fingers and hope to God that no issues come up... Because the follow up is terrible. I had a divet in my lip after the injections. They saw it and acknowledged it when seen almost 2 weeks after. I have been seen 4x after the injection based on their recommendation each time. Each time with someone different and even when I booked my original injector for continuity, he didn't end up working that day after all. I just left after waiting to be seen at this last appointment. It's been a waste of time and money. I booked on a promo but would rather have paid more elsewhere. read more

Went in for my last appointment before moving last night.... and well, i'm glad it was indeed my last. When i called to book my botox and chemical peel i was told i could only book a tuesday because that was when an esthetician was available. last february i had this same service done. this is key. i won the chemical peel in the christmas give away. also key. so i take time off of work to accommodate the service i pre bought online, as well i dont want to throw the money away. i come in. there's zero esthetician involved. i'm asked to go wash my face myself in a shared bathroom space, the injector was visibly annoyed between expression and tone that i even had the audacity to have makeup on. sorry for coming straight from work i guess? last year an esthetician was involved, prepped my face. made sure it was properly clean and ready for the service, then the nurse came in and applied to peel. when i showed my injector my order, there was an obvious shift "oh you paid online,...." (this isn't the first time i've been treated oddly for this. typically it's just reception that gives weird attitude about it. not the medical professionals) and that i had taken advantage of the sale naked was blowing my email up about for weeks. so i take an hour off of work, lose that income, to come in and get the most half assed and judgmental experience of my life. my injections were done in what felt like a rushed and careless way as well. she didn't map out my face, just roughly and hurriedly did my botox. i've never experienced the pain i did last night with any of the other injectors i've used. if you get a short brunette injector beware, she's judgmental and unprofessional in my opinion. my prior glowing review stands to show how dramatic of a difference this service was. i felt unwanted and unwelcome. i felt judged and unimportant. hopefully i have no issues with my chemical treatment or injections. i won't even lie that im worried about the outcome of both at the moment. i emailed corporate while still in the chair, it's unfortunate that my last experience was so below bar. i've spent the last year and a half sending all of my own hair clients to this location, thankfully told them to ask for the injectors i liked. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm but wasn't seen until about 7pm. When I arrived, I spoke with the front desk and added an additional treatment to my appointment, but when I was finally called back the provider wasn't aware of it. The overall organization that day felt very disorganized. I received half a syringe of lip filler. I mentioned that I tend to overline my Cupid's bow and that I wanted a pouty look, but I did not ask for more filler in my top lip. However, most of the filler was placed in my top lip, which created an unbalanced look that honestly makes it appear like I'm having an allergic reaction. In my opinion, as the professional performing the injections, there should be an understanding of lip anatomy and aesthetics. Placing more filler in the top lip created a result that looks unnatural and not flattering. I reached out about a week later to express my concerns and was essentially told to just wait and see how it heals. I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed or taken seriously. At this point it's been about two months since the appointment and I'm still unhappy with the results. Lip filler is expensive, and now fixing the imbalance will likely cost me additional money. If I had loved my results I could have overlooked the long wait, but combined with the disorganization and the outcome, the experience felt disappointing overall. read more

I have never written a bad review before but not sure what else to do as this is my third time in a row trying to come in for a service, waiting over 30 minutes to be seen and then having to leave. The staff are friendly but each time I get seen it feels like it's just a 5 minute conversation trying to upsell me on more product, and then waiting around until I come out asking how much longer it should be and them telling me they're not sure but that I should pick a less busy time in the day if I don't want to wait so long. During my last visit, I had an appointment at 6pm and waited approximately 40 minutes before I finally told them I had to leave. They told me to pick a time that is earlier than 6 next time because they're really busy at that hour. Today I came in for a 3:30pm appointment, waited 35 minutes and then and they told me I should try and come in at 9am. I told them that unfortunately I work during those hours and I had to take my lunch to come in for today's appointment, and they apologized saying that they only two staff have on site. I completely understand that with limited staff it's hard to see everyone at once, and I'm not faulting the workers for it but there should be a better booking/time management system because I don't think waiting 30-40 minutes for your appointment (and then basically being told each time to pick a better time if you don't want to) should be the norm. read more
