I can't recommend this practice enough. I was an out-of-state patient, and from the very beginning, they made the entire process feel seamless. We were able to do FaceTime consultations along with in-person appointments, which made planning everything so much easier. They also worked with me on financing, which I really appreciated. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. I came here for a consultation because I saw really good reviews online. When I went in to see the doctor he was at first pleasant & sweet seemed to be asking me the right questions but shortly right after gave off that he was annoyed and the consult became rushed. When I asked for photos of people with similar cases like mine he pretty much brushed me off & suggested I visit their website for photos. Why would I do that if you're literally right in front of me hahah. Show me photos educate me you're the surgeon who I may potentially pay thousands and thousands to perform this procedure. Anyways after our rushed procedure the sales team gets a hold of me lol and they just went right into pricing .. didn't ask me about the consult didn't even introduce themselves I was shocked !!! Be upfront with your med spa "policies". I was accused of missing three med spa appointments which I do not agree with. Heavenly WILL claim there were missed appts, but it will NOT be correct. When I needed to reschedule, instead of talking to me like a human being, I was left on hold for an unreasonable period of time, just to then get accused like a child & then hit with an outrageous demand for a $100 rescheduling fee. I attempted to be kind, & tried to reason with Heavenly - just to be TOLD to WAIT ON HOLD AGAIN so Heavenly discuss it 'a manager'. At this, I drew the line. You can't 'surprise' clients with a $100 'rescheduling policy' - w/o a courtesy warning, or even sharing a policy's existence in advance. You have to be honest & forthcoming with your clients, BE RESPECTFUL when addressing them and have the common courtesy to put a manager on the phone to handle perceived client issues. What is odd about the whole thing is that Heavenly WELCOMES WALK-IN TRAFFIC. Based on I what experienced the day of my recent med spa appointment at Heavenly, an appointment is likely unnecessary because Heavenly was not busy at all. There's generally a reason for that. I don't remember seeing anyone other than the aesthetician & the receptionist (who promptly told me she was going to lunch and left me there by myself with paperwork). However, the aesthetician handled my appointment just fine by herself. I liked the aesthetician... making Heavenly's lack of professionalism & phone etiquette, particularly unfortunate. I would ask that Heavenly not leave their standard gratuitous, self-serving Yelp response: "We are sorry you feel that way, this is not our goal, please feel free to free to call the manager to discuss". This is my second post to let everybody know do not go to this plastic surgeon. Despite the positive reviews, you're taking a risk that you could end up in a situation like mine I just met with my future surgeon who has to redo everything costing $15,000. The surgery at heavenly plastic surgery was over $7000, the veneer replacement on my front tooth was $2000, the second tooth is an additional $2300 to fix which I haven't yet because I don't have the money and now it's gonna cost an additional 15,000 to fix the awful experience and terrible technique by Dr. Nguyen, Not once have they ever apologize to me for what they did to me. Their version of an apology? I'm sorry you're not happy with the results. I'm sorry you feel that way... That's not taking accountability. He's a Christian and a total hypocrite, only blaming the anesthesiologist and my skin. If there was thin skin, a tissue matrix should have been used. There was a total lack of preparation and planning on his end. Who hired the anesthesiologist? He did so he should be taking full responsibility for paying for the replacement of a third surgery as well as both teeth that broke off. The anesthesiologist offered only a couple hundred dollars When one tooth alone was $2000 to fix. I still have another broken veneer that I haven't had the money to fix since my then surgery 02/2024 The world has a right to know what goes on here with this surgeon and his team. They only offered me $300 to make me be quiet which is an enormous slap in the face. This man is a hypocrite, calling himself a Christian with Bibles in the office Yet refusing to take accountability for what he did. When I complained about how I look leaning over - deformed- where you can see the entire bag and tons of rippling, they only responded with that's the way my body is. No apology or offer to correct his surgical mistakes. He also left a red hypertrophic scar that's three times larger and longer than the original small flat, white scar I had from my 1st surgery. Please please do not go to the surgeon everybody. I emplore the world to not go here. Buyer beware. If you're thinking of doing your explant here, don't. Go to a reputable explant specialist instead. I explanted with Dr. Nguyen back in October of last year (2024). It's August 2025 and I am almost a year post op, I am still bruised and experiencing pain in my chest and breast. It honestly feels like whatever damage he did is permanent. I know many women who have had explants, explants+ lifts and they were in normal bras within 2 weeks and had 0 to mild pain after. I was forced to be wrapped up for 3 months and in terrible pain for more than that, I got second & third opinions and no one understood why he had me like that or why I was having so many issues after. I brought it to Dr. Nguyen's attention multiple times and was brushed off. I did not feel heard or seen, just completely disregarded. He already got paid so I guess it wasn't his problem anymore??? To say I wish I could get a refund is an understatement. While it seems he does extremely beautiful work for mommy makeovers and breast augmentations, his bed side manner is not at all personable and apparently his explant methods need major revision. In summary, for other surgeries I'm sure he does a great job. But look elsewhere if you're considering explanting. read more

Zero stars!!! I was really looking forward to scheduling my surgery with Dr. Nguyen, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Be cautious about pricing. The office advertises $7,700 on Instagram and Yelp, yet I was quoted $9,000 during my consultation. I could not understand or justify such a large increase, especially since I am only seeking a breast implant exchange with no additional procedures. Despite my concerns, I agreed to the higher price and scheduled my surgery. Shortly after, the surgeon canceled everything because we could not agree on time off from work. I was only requesting two additional days due to having a very physical and demanding job. In addition, I later learned that he has multiple complaints filed with the medical board, which further raised serious concerns for me. The entire situation felt unprofessional and showed a lack of bedside manner. Canceling last minute after I had already agreed to move forward was a huge waste of my time and caused significant emotional stress. Overall, a very negative experience. read more
