Irvine Montessori is his first school, because of our good experience, we transferred to Newport Montessori after we went to lots of other schools. If you want your child to grow up in a safe, kind, and loving environment, this is the best choice. My son used to have problems at other schools. He didn't want to go to school in the morning, and he had trouble getting along with his friends. He even liked to push other children. But for some reason, after coming to this school, all his bad behavior disappeared. He was happy to go to school every day. He made many friends at school. Every day when he went to school, many classmates would come and hug him. This was completely the opposite of how he had been described as a monster at other schools. Later I realized that it all depended on the kind teachers in this school. Because of their kindness, every child was taught to treat everyone with kindness. Ms Angela, Ms Emily even his previous teacher Ms Everly. They all so kind. Of course, there are many other kind teachers as well. I would even say that the school owner is really good at hiring; everyone here is kind. Because of my previous experience, you can't imagine how grateful I am to this school. My son has had a truly enjoyable time here. I feel so relaxed. All the anxiety I used to have is gone. Don't assume that just because they aren't as famous as other schools, their academics are inferior. I personally witnessed their professors providing one-on-one academic instruction, something that other schools don't seem to offer. I'm not good at leaving positive reviews. But I feel I have to give them a good review, just to put my mind at ease. Thank you Newport Montessori! If they have an elementary program , we would definitely stay here !

Unfortunately, I can only give this school one star because, over the four years my children were here, I witnessed multiple disturbing incidents where the owner and directors engaged in heated verbal arguments on campus--resulting in at least two directors quitting. The hostile work environment fostered by the owner seems to have caused significant anxiety among the staff, leading to a high turnover rate that ultimately harms the children who form strong attachments to their teachers. As a parent, stability is my top priority when choosing a preschool, which is why I made the difficult decision to pull my children out. If you're looking for a school that operates like a family--a place where employees are valued and the well-being of the staff and students is prioritized--this is not that place. It's deeply concerning that, even after speaking with parents who had children here nearly a decade ago, it seems the same issues persist. In a time when we have the power to choose where to spend our money, I cannot in good conscience support a business that treats its employees so poorly. I sincerely hope the school ownership changes.

Miss Portia and Miss Katie are nothing short of amazing!! Some people are just born to be teachers and they both are. I don't know how they do it. You can actually feel the love they have for each individual child that comes through the doors. My son loves them and tells me he wants to stay at Sunshine and doesn't want to go to kindergarten. I found Sunshine through Google. We came and sat in a class and were blown away. My son took to it like a fish to water and signed him up right there on the spot. I wanted a Co-op preschool. Not just because you can't beat the price, but also I wanted to be able to work in the classroom and see my child grow and flourish. I also loved that Sunshine is like a little community. Every parent there wants the same thing and works together to make sure the children get the most out of their experience. I can honestly say that I have made friendships here that will last a lifetime. Another reason we were sold on Sunshine is the amount of supervision the children get. Not only is there a teacher but also four parents working at all times to help. I know some other preschools that only had one teacher and have heard the horror stories. I always felt like my son was safe when I dropped him off at school and to me that was priceless! We can't wait to come back to Sunshine with our youngest, we would never go anywhere else. To each and every teacher that we encountered. Our child had a great experience, Ms. Madison and Ms. Udeni are great in their own rights. Not only our they educating your child with a focus on academia, but they also have Greta resources and abilities to assist in the emotional development of the children. Our experience was top notch we were there for three years before going into the public school system. We believe that really helped our child transition smoothly from the academic standards that were expected in public school. We have a great deal of respect and admiration for that team. Always greeting children with a smile on their faces and making sure our little ones have the best experience in social, emotional and educational development. The activities are so fun, like smashing hallow eggs with letter to learn the alphabet or matching rocks to outlined shapes. She goes all out on occasions, once she even brought in snow for the kids!
