apparently a doctor named laura works there and is part of a group appealing against my house in bodega bay. I have called a number of times. but she wont return calls. or emails. trying to discuss with her group before the appeal heairng with coastal commission. but no response. I would not trust my health to someone this irresponsible as to not even return a call. read more

This used to be an incredible clinic filled with staff and a care team that truly cared about the mental and physical health of their patients. My most recent experience, a front desk girl laughed at me while I was crying. They are not trauma informed which causes more harm and I got to experience this first hand. read more

You could not find a more Caring and Wise Doctor. But everyone else I have had the pleasure of seeing was also amazing. They also have other practitioners in their fold... Acupuncturist, Nutritionist, Meditation, a Naturopath, Osteopath, Yoga.. the list goes on. This is a well balanced approach to health... I have been a patient here for at least three decades. They are consistently wonderful. The doctors, physician assistants and other medical staff are top notch. They have treated my chronic complex illness with the best science possible. And, I always feel that I have a relationship with my primary medical care person - they feel like humans to me and I believe that I feel like a human to them. I highly recommend this organization. Well seeing as though they are my primary care physician and I can't get in to see them for 2 months, and because of this, I can't see the specialist I desperately need to... I'm more than a little bummed out. Now I have to pay out of pocket for care. I understand they are full of current patients and I'm sure the nurses and doctors there are wonderful but the receptionist/ secretary was not. She was rude and brief and could care less about the quality of service she was providing. I was very upset with the way she spoke with me. read more

The doctor I had was nice but was not thorough in telling me the possibilities. The receptionist are not friendly. I had an IUD insertion and the doctor told me absolutely nothing about not being able to feel the strings of my IUD. I got the Paragard and the doctor didn't tell me what the strings would feel like, that it would be difficult to feel them since they are soft like cotton, she did not tell me that the most susceptible time for an IUD to come out is when a woman is on her period, she did not tell me that the cervix shifts when on your period so the strings may be hard to find when on your period, she didn't tell me that wearing a tampon could push the strings into my cervix and that there is a possibility that the strings could be wrapped around the cervix. This caused me a lot of stress because I could not feel my strings and I couldn't get in to see any practitioners, I was very very scared because they stressed that if I could not feel my strings I must be checked out IMMEDIATELY. They did not provide me with the adequate information and it cost me a lot of stress read more
