We had an initial sit down the first day, and got a plan in place. A couple weeks later, once my doctor said I could begin rehab, we hit the ground, "running". Julia, and Brittany are the two that I've had the most appointments with, and both have helped tremendously. I've gone from weak legs, and one knee that I couldn't even extend, and a foot that can't hold, or push much weight, to walking, and making more progress each day! I actually look forward to getting in there for my hour of therapy twice a week, knowing that it's only going to get better. I was diagnosed with PD 2 years ago and had a hip replacement in November of last year. Also, I have scoliosis and osteoarthritis. Anne has treated my hip and back with physical therapy and also with a fairly new procedure called dry needle. The very thin dry needle is inserted into muscle in my back and moved around to lessen the tightness of the muscle. I had the procedure done twice and it has helped my pain and stiffness in my back a lot. I would recommend Ms. Signorelli because she is an excellent physical therapist with lots of knowledge and training and she will seek the best treatment for her patients.
