I've been going to this practice for the last several years and really like the doctors. However this morning when I arrived I realized I did not have my insurance card and was told they could not reach out on my behalf, no problem. After searching through emails and being unable to locate any information for them I asked if I could call my pharmacy and get the info from them since I knew they had just used it to fill a script for me, they said sure try it. After getting them the info I was then told that I'd need to reschedule as I was past my appointment time and I'd also have to pay $40 for missing today's appointment...all while standing in their office the entire time. This is my annual and it also requires me to fast overnight and they did not have another early morning appointment available for the reminder of this month and I told them my insurance expires at the end of the month. I've never had a front desk be so completely unwilling to work with me on something like this and this was with me actually being INSIDE their office, when I begged if there was anything they could do the receptionist told me I was one min late to my 8:15am appointment and I should have arrived earlier....I told her I came straight from dropping my children off at school and am a single mom...she still didn't care, I even asked why she didn't being this up while I stood there on the phone, I could have cash paid for the office visit and given them insurance for running tests....she just shrugged and said it was their policy. I never post reviews but this was over the top for me and her lack of empathy was unreal. I will unfortunately be finding a new doctor after this experience. read more

Few months ago the older front desk lady overstated to another customer who walked in that she takes her coffee black like she does her men and was the only one who laughed as there were multiple other customers in the waiting room. This same woman prompted me to leave this review who happily advised me today that there is a $40 cancellation fee to my appointment without offering me a courtesy first time understanding. very unprofessional, I had incident today we had a appointment at 10 am and got a call at 10:03 am saying that you are late and you will be charged no show fee . I was just 2 min away to them . they are being very unprofessional and unethical lately. it used to good clinic but recent interactions felt like very unwelcoming and like looting patien for no reason. every clinic gives at 5 min window to patent . this is how you going to treat people . So, i was very frustrated when i went in, i was not nice to Michelle, i felt bad, i made amends to her, i gave her a hug, because bottom line, just because you're frustrated or dealing with hard stuff, you cannot take it out on anyone. And she certainly didn't deserve my frustration or aggravated attitude. Anyway, so she gets 5 stars, she's sweet, she was calm, she was just so calm even when i was frustrated, which shows a lot of positive character on her behalf, because i was being a irritated $&$6() and she didn't deserve it, so the front girls, they're so so so so sweet. Moving on to the dr's so annoyed. So so so annoyed. I'm in the middle of a horrific traumatic time, and i have given this clinic $120 in like just 8 days or something like that, all to be told "it's not strep, it's not covid, don't know what to tell you, go to ent"....i have a obvious infection and pus in the back of my throat, I'm going on day 12 of being sick with no improvement, it's awful, so i went here 3 times, looking for answers, obviously insanity that i did this then she tells me after i ask for a shot of rocephin to see if the pus in the back of my throat will go away, she said "i don't just prescribe antibiotics just for no reason." I said "So an obvious ball of pus in my throat isn't a sign of infection?". THEN, i needed my son seen asap, as he had a severe sore growing rapidly. It grew 3 times its size in less than 24 hours. She looks at it "it's fine, it's just a blister" Ummm maam, i do not need a medical degree, or any kind of medical license to look at this, and see that it's NOT just a blister, and it's a obvious sign of infection. She's like "I'll send in some antibiotics to the pharmacy just incase" A) She didn't call in the antibiotics. B) Ma'am, didn't you just say you don't just prescribe antibiotics just for no reason? A blister needs antibiotics? Literally i learned more on google about my symptoms and my kids symptoms than i did wasting all my money here. Oh, and i took him to the pediatrician today, which i had to PAY MORE MONEY FOR.....And he has freaking staph infection, so the "it's just a blister, looks fine to me" obviously isn't "just a blister". Save your money. Save your time. Save your sanity. They have zero interest in helping you find out what is going on with you. LITERALLY ZERO! But be nice to Michelle if you do go here. She's a sweet lady! Too bad the dr's aren't helpful at all. read more

Absolutely love all providers and front desk lady, super sweet. Great for the whole family.

A few specifics: Carla is very nice and easy to work with, as is the nurse and front office staff. However, billing is frustrating at best. I recently had an annual checkup which is covered in full by insurance. A week later I received a notice that I was being auto-billed for an office visit. I assumed an error and called to confirm. Since the office was closed I reached out to my insurance company to clarify. I was told 2 office visits were billed. I received a call back the next business day from Your Healthcare advising I was billed 2 office visits because I have prescriptions. Billed once for the visit, billed again for prescriptions addressed during the same visit. No additional time was taken during the visit outside of the normal things checked. I confirmed twice that this was the billing policy. I understand any business billing for their time and would anticipate fees for multiple visits but billing twice for the same visit? At MINIMUM this should be addressed with the customer before billing. I'll be reaching out to my insurance today and looking for a new office. read more

I unfortunately suffer from sleeping problems from serving in the military. I was told by Tracy on my last visit that they would take over my prescription. So, I called in because I ran completely out and had not slept in 2 days. They were granted kind enough to make an appointment for myle the following day. So it would be 3 nights of no sleep and of course l finally fall asleep 2 hrs before my appointment. I woke up 15 minutes late and called them asked if I could get a later time. They advised me they could but I can't be seen until I pay an additional 20 dollars for missing my visit. I told the lady on the phone I didn't have the money because I am also disabled from serving my country and am barely making it. So I went to the office to try to speak with Tracy and pleaded with them to help me get seen. I was told their was nothing they could do that I would have to speak with Tracy on Thursday and it was Tuesday going on 3 nights of no sleep except the 2 hrs I got from that morning. Today I received a letter stating they can no longer see me due to my unprofessionalism in the office that day. I never received a phone call from Tracy after I even requested to speak with her. It just comes to show what kind of people they are. I am so hurt and upset at this situation. Good luck to you as well read more
