Kurt Stranberg and his staff are patient and kind while working with my husband to improve the dexterity of his left hand. He has progressed from a closed swollen hand at the beginning to being able to perform tasks most of us take for granted such as zipping pants, snapping shirts, using a towel and opening doors. Nine times out of 10 there will be issues with new things. I believe that Upgrade Labs Corporate needs to develop more on roll outs more so than the local ownership. I believe there was alot of excitement in getting it started and I think things that were out of the control of the local owner deeply frustrated him. He shared some of those experiences with me and offered to "make it right" every time I am aware of. This is like any typical business, getting good staff in this "new world" is challenging. Getting people trained and retaining them can be tough. I have had issues with staff not being friendly, and I spoke to management about it, and I can see the change. I think your approach to an issue goes a long way. I have found the management to be very engaging and willing to work with me through many of the same problems the others spoke of. As far as the technology and the treatments, I believe in them 100% and am super glad "lil ole CdA" has an Upgrade Labs. (There are currently only like 7 across the entire country). i put my body through the paces so to speak on a daily basis and the treatments are great for my recovery and keep me in the game. Yes, they have had some issues and are working diligently to get through them...a little patience goes a long way.

Besides coming in with head and neck issues, I have a disability of chemically induced asthma and have reactions to perfumes and artificial scents. Everyone at this office was so kind to me, accommodating my allergies to their best ability and watching out for me if there were any fragrances from other patients. I received care from Torin (the wonderful PTA I followed to this office) and Mariah (also lovely and healing) and also saw Julie a few times who I liked very much. Every person I came into contact with that works at this location was knowledgeable, empathetic, and helped me heal from my head and neck pain. Kindness counts with healing as well as the mechanics side of it, and this office offers both! I would recommend Inspire PT in Coeur d'Alene to anyone I know!

I spent a month in Life Care and had excellent care in this beautiful facility. Staff from Stacy in Admissions to Tara the most incredible CNA anyone could ask for were part of my staff. Just a great staff who made my stay most comfortable when I was feeling my worst . Your care was excellent, and a special thanks to Rick, Ben, Riley, Tara, Christine, Gloria, Liz, Jason, and Maddi.
