He was also very respectful of my plants and landscaping, which butted up to the narrow drive, unlike a previous operator from another PODS business who ran over my $60 metal hose that had been moved 2 feet off what I thought was the operative area. They were priced in the middle of…read morethe 5 quotes I received but I liked the presidents (Eric) attitude and delivery of information. When the move happened the actual moved were very nice and respectful and did a good job. Unfortunately, Eric under estimated the size of the truck needed. One the day of the move the truck was filled but there was a lot of stuff still in the garage. The movers left it but Eric (the president )said he will send another truck to get it. What he did was bring his pick up truck over to load things up. I obviously wasn't at the Jacksonville home so didn't see what was left and as it turns out it was a lot. I have traveled back to Jacksonville 23 times to load up what was not moved but unfortunately I still have one item at the house that I cannot move. Last, the ONLY items damaged or broker were by the president. He showed up late to my house on the Friday afternoon of my move. He was obviously unset that he had to do the actual moving of items and was very disrespectful. He didnt realize I was in the garage when he dropped a cabinet onto a box of breakable items. He went to just leave it but then I walked over ... not even an apoligy!!! So what would I say? Make sure they move everything and if they don't and say they will send another truck, you need to leave someone behind to make sure they mover everything. Also, if the president says he will be helping with the move be ready to have items broken!! I am only giving them a 2 because the actual day labor guys were really good!

A- was very willing to work with me until the generator was installed. When the generator was installed A-1 came the next day and did a GREAT JOB installing the tanks with very very minimal damage to the work area. They carefully dug the very long 14" deep trench to the generator and installed the necessary piping. They were careful with the sod, removed it carefully and replaced it nicely., Courteous workers, excellent self propelled equipment, and they hauled off the extra soil that' was displaced by the tank. They will return for the final inspection and make all the necessary connections. Couldn't be more pleased! Very professional in every aspect! Fully recommend them!

I've had several appointments cancelled because they…read moredidn't have enough people to come remove my tank, even went so far as to tell me twice about a death in the family. Asked to reschedule, for the fourth time only to be told the only person who sets appointments had left for the day...at 3 in the afternoon. No one ever called me to say today's appointment was cancelled so I waited here all day for nothing. When I called to ask why they hadn't shown up he simply said it was canceled. Then suggested I have the new propane company I am using ( because subu sucks) move the tank to the side for them to come pick up a later date. I asked him if they were going pay for that, he replied no that it's standard in the industry. If I tan my businesses in such a manor I'd be out of business, absolutely ludicrous! Long story short, don't use Suburban Propane, unless you enjoy being annoyed and let down!!!
