Of course they never are! It is now day two waiting on my lp for the house. Still nothing. Courtesy is a bad name for this company. If they were courteous, they would at least call and say they weren't going to be there when they said they would! I ALWAYS pay them promptly after a delivery, but I cannot count on them at all to deliver when they say they will! They obviously don't care about the customer! Time to get a new gas company.......

Not sure what is going on with Ideal gas. Started fine, have been a customer for years. Have never…read morehad an issue as a customer who purchased tank and gas re-fills. Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all. Owner post on Yelp: "we charge no additional fees", "charge...taxes...and cost of propane" My bill: 3 additional fees Ideal Gas just expressly stated they do not charge (See my images showing both.) On the Idealgas invoice is a "Refer a friend" offer for $50. Who would refer someone to a business that behaves this way? Dishonestly and outright lies to customers by a business is not acceptable behavior.....Ever. Very Disappointing from a company I thought was honest and reputable.

Rather than "profit first" that leads to some poor choices and outcomes in the long run. So IDEAL Gas appears to be one of those companies. Buddy Dingman gave me some good advice about a year ago even without me being a customer. He treated me kindly then and so when it came time to switch companies, IDEAL was my first choice. I look forward to saving money with them but I am already enjoying the benefit of feeling like I am dealing with good people. My hat's off to the owner for his approach to business.

He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

I am a senior living alone and my old 100 lb propane tank and stove were giving me real trouble…read more Multiple companies turned me away, saying they couldn't fill my tank or come out. Then I called T&D Propane and spoke with Camy. She went out of her way to help. After I sent photos, she personally worked on a solution for me. This morning, two of their men came to my home, thoroughly tested everything, fixed leaks in both the tank and stove, replaced the line, and even dug a hole and set a concrete block so the tank won't rust. They also put a few gallons in the tank so I could cook right away, and they'll return this week to fill it properly - they simply cared and went far above and beyond. Thank you, Camy, and the wonderful team at T&D Propane. You truly made a big difference for this grateful senior. I will recommend you to everyone!

Zero stars! this is the worst company ever! I've had several appointments cancelled because they…read moredidn't have enough people to come remove my tank, even went so far as to tell me twice about a death in the family. Asked to reschedule, for the fourth time only to be told the only person who sets appointments had left for the day...at 3 in the afternoon. No one ever called me to say today's appointment was cancelled so I waited here all day for nothing. When I called to ask why they hadn't shown up he simply said it was canceled. Then suggested I have the new propane company I am using ( because subu sucks) move the tank to the side for them to come pick up a later date. I asked him if they were going pay for that, he replied no that it's standard in the industry. If I tan my businesses in such a manor I'd be out of business, absolutely ludicrous! Long story short, don't use Suburban Propane, unless you enjoy being annoyed and let down!!!
