I'm disappointed in this business. This is my third time trying different therapists. I got a 60 min full body massage and she spent way too long on compressions above the sheet. She left room to get hot rocks and I got about 30secs on the back before the wipe down. When I rolled over I saw we only had 10 mins left. She did back of neck and shoulders (again) some arm and leg compressions thru sheet and that was it. How do you not do quads, shins, groin? There are no ceilings to the rooms nor do they like to shut the doors to the rooms so it can be noisy and certainly no privacy. Probably won't be going back. read more

This place of business DOES NOT CHANGE LINEN!!!! I was witnessing when a customer left and everything he used including the cloth over his face and blanket used on his body WERE NOT TAKEN AWAY. THEY LINEN WAS FOLDED AND PLACED BACK AS IF IT WERE NEW LINEN. I left immediately thereafter. To my surprise, it was better than I expected. I was disappointed though that when I called before arriving, I called and asked for pricing regarding a foot massage and was told $30 but when I arrived the manager pointed at the sign said it was $40. Luckily the massage negated all of this anyway. The massage therapist I had was Tony today. I had no idea that it wasn't man and so I took the cloth off of my eyes. I'm used to strong women. Anyway, this is the first time that I have never told anybody that I have neuropathy and that my feet are 60 % numb and they didn't hurt me. It started with me being offered a seat and a reclining chair. My feet were soaked in warm water. A towel was placed on my chest and thighs, and my eyes covered for maximum relaxation. My arms and shoulders were gently massaged, my hands and fingers are stretched and pressure points activated. I loved it! The foot massage began. My favorite thing about good foot massage is that they are consistent on both feet. Tony was! And despite my neuropathy, the pressure that he provided was amazing! There were a few spots that were weird because of the way my nerves transmit sensations to my brain but I pressed through and I'm glad that I did. This actually was probably one of the best foot massages I've had since being in Florida. This is where it went downhill. Halfway through my massage, I assume a worker and the manager got into it over some thing. I wish I could understand Chinese because it was definitely a heated argument. If it wasn't, it was too loud. This was highly unprofessional. These two assuming the lovely ladies could've taken that outside the establishment. My masseuse did me the kindness and went back to tell them to quiet down but unfortunately they did not. Another client who was in a massage room, also overheard the argument. I am not going to allow that negate Tony's abilities. He was awesome! Experience was good. Very good. I likely will be back. If you like, firm pressure, I highly recommend Tony. By the way, because I am a cancer survivor, and I have trauma on one side of my body, which still resides there, I can always tell when I have a good masseuse because they can feel it and they work on it intuitively. I asked for good pressure, but had to whine and cry and keep telling my masseuse that she was doing it too hard. I ended up with lots of bruises all over my arms. She could be so good, but she just overdid it. Especially if you want someone who applies a lot of pressure. The foot portion 30 minutes was amazing. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and while making the appointment - alerted the receptionist I had a Groupon. Upon arrival I was told that I did not have an appointment and that the Groupon would not be honored.... even though this was mentioned when the appointment was made two weeks ago. They were not willing to work with me at all and extremely unaccommodating. I wouldn't recommend. While it's a decent place inside, and seemingly clean - the staff isn't the friendliest. I asked the masseur to go lighter a number of times and he didn't. Then when leaving, I went to leave 18% of a $70.00 bill, and they were saying, 20%, 20%, you need to leave 20%. I work in the beauty/massage industry. Tips are based on service and while it was a decent service, I thought 18% was enough based on what I got. After I was adamant about $12 being the tip, she still ran my card for $14, forcing it to be a 20%, even after I said no. It's $2, I'm not going to cause a fuss over $2, but someone who isn't paying attention may not have noticed they do this. Also I find it extremely unprofessional that you are essentially begging/haggling people to leave a 20% tip. Seems a little ridiculous. Don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I have been twice before and would have given 5 stars. The therapists give a fantastic deep massage. However, because of this experience I am not so sure I would go back. It is an open atmosphere so I am aware you may hear some light sleeping or minor whispers however today there was a man who clearly had sleep apnea and was snoring for a full 45 -55 min. He would frequently stop snoring bc he had sleep apnea and basically stopped breathing for a moment is the why I didn't attempt to leave sooner. After 25 min I finally got up to see if I had ear plugs or something. The therapist said we were moving to a table so it should be quieter......NO, IT WAS NOT QUIETER! Still the guy snored. I know that you can't control if someone has a snoring problem, but they should have woken him up. It was very disturbing. I told my therapist how upset I was and all he could say was sorry, nothing else. Nothing to compensate for my time. I went in for a 30/30 massage and left with a headache from grinding my teeth. I wish I went with my instincts and left vs paying for an unpleasant experience. read more

Very relaxing massage. Place looks clean. The place isnt busy when we called so we were accomodated right away. Me and my friend chose the 1/2 body/ half foot massage. We wore mask while being massaged and the masseuse were wearing one too. While the guy was massaging my feet, he put a hot pillow in my neck which feels so good and helped me relax. I had a truly sore back and was looking for Tui Na massage. After spending considerable research I found this spa that does offer Tui Na. I must admit it is a bit hard finding this place. I almost gave up but found them nestled in between offices and restaurants. My first impression walking in was a big WOW. Big, clean, and quite private. The masseuse was excellent - he called himself Jack. He used a combination of Tui Na, Swedish, and hot stone techniques. Don't be fooled by the exterior of this foot spa. I just had the best reflexology treatment I've ever had. I did the 60 minute treatment, 45 minutes of reflexology and 15 minutes neck and shoulder massage. The therapist's hand were so strong and he knew exactly what areas in my feet corresponded to the areas within my body and explained them well to me. He also applied excellent pressure to my right shoulder which had been so sore and tight. The interior was very clean and I can't wait to go again! read more

It's a professional foot spa; quiet, soft lighting, aromatic, calming essential oils with their licensed Massage Therapists. Mr. Ma give me fabulous para vertebrae, upper trapezius, scapula massage with his elbows, fingers, palm pressure on my back and neck while soaking my feet in a hot water bucket in sitting. This place offers an economically priced massage and I was able to walk in without an appointment. YMMV with regard to whether you'll need an appointment. It reminded me of the painful massage I got in Thailand at a famous massage school--whichever one that is that gets written up in the guide books. There's a room with maybe 10 or more low massage tables. You leave all your clothes on. They work on you hard though I suppose you could ask for more gentleness. I saw a few other clients who looked like they were regulars. I won't become a regular but I like knowing about this option if I need it. read more

I really do like this place and have been here many times and will continue to go for services...BUT this last time my massage therapist had recently smoked a cigarette (I'm a non-smoker) and the whole time I could smell the smoke. It was so distracting and not very pleasant.
