Better than our regular spot . Had the 3 piece whiting dinner with fries and slaw & Low country boil added a sausage Fish was fresh nicely seasoned not greasy light breading and flaky We ate inside it was just the two of us. Very peaceful and quiet on a Saturday late afternoon. They brought our food to the table and condiments as well . Awesome service and very unexpected for a take out spot. Stopped by for some grub after some recommendations from some co-workers. I was warned it was not the best part of town, but I didn't mind :). Upon walking in, I realized there was basically no AC, lol. The gentleman who I believe to own the business was friendly. They have meals on display and they are pre-portioned in to go plates. After a few questions, I decided to go with snow crabs and shrimp plate which came with 1 piece of corn, 1 boiled egg and half of potato. I also added a side of sausage and it all came out to about $19. I must say that the food was good..but it threw me off to see the man pull my selection from the cooler and add seasoning and butter and then put it all in the microwave. I wanted to tell buddy, to do that in the back so that the public would not see. LOL! My mom opted for the catfish and fries but said she was not a fan. The batter was to heavy and the fish not well seasoned. If asked would she order agin she said no. Overall, again my food was good, it'a a hole in the wall, but I might give them another try ;) read more

It's inside the indoor flea market it can get pretty busy and fast they have a display where you can choose which tray, bowl, boil, or sides you want. I had the snow crab legs with the sides tray it was good. I recommend it like once a month. read more

Oh my goshwhere can I start!! This is soooo good!! First, thank you K K!! It hit the spot. This place is located inside a flea market off of Eisenhower Parkway. I destroyed my plate Don't let the speak easy spot fool you. Walk into the flea market and go left. The aroma is delightful. I got the crab legs, eggs and sausage ( extra and huge!) one is enough, corn, shrimp and let me tell you I don't eat potato's but I am so glad I got it because it was beyond delicious! I know a lot of exclamations but let me tell you it is so so good. Disclaimer, you can't eat it there but who cares my husband and I loved every bite. My husband got the lobster . Get the extra butter it was worth it. Good Lord I wish you were In my neighborhood. I like to say this has been the best party of two!!! read more

Note new location: Macon Flea Market Eisenhower Pkwy Mind completely blown! I would never expect to find the best seafood in Macon in a flea market, but it's there. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is amazing. Don't expect to eat there. The restaurant is a counter where you get your food and go. I had snow crab legs, fried shrimp, sausage, fried okra, and a boiled egg. Everything made my eyes roll in ecstasy. The seasoning is perfect, and the garlic butter kicks the flavor up several notches. Next time (and there will be a next time), I'll ask for extra butter!! read more

For Macon this spot is underrated... It's not main stream and it's off the beaten path, but a must try for locals... Let me be upfront, it's not sit-in, so take it home and warm it up at home in the oven... It's all precooked and a little pricey for the low country ($29.99), but a great taste after warmed up at home in the oven!!! Especially after the long day we had in Macon at Haverty's... We pulled up and I was not sure based on the location and no customers were there! The gentleman was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions. I also got a order of fried oysters, and they tasted great. The only downfall was no hot sauce, but I probably didn't need it!!! If I'm in Macon, I would definitely try them again... Yum. The dude running it is super nice and the food was great. Picked up crab legs and shrimp combo for me and mom and it was delicious. Reasonably priced too.
