I have never had fish with no taste at all . No seasoning in the breading, even the hot sauce and mustard didn't help . The fish (ocen perch) I guess was watery and soggy inside all the breading with no taste and I waited 20-25 minute just knowing that everything would be hot and fresh. Shark's Fish and Chicken makes the best chicken. It's not too hard. Usually it's soft and they prepare it to order. The seasoning is the absolute best and really provides a burst of extra flavor and they put it on everything. It's so good I ask for extra seasoning. The only issue I have is one catfish filet is $5.00. I guess I'm biased because I'm from Mississippi where you can get catfish for close to nothing there. I also had the corn nuggets. These were horrible. They were so hard. If you wear dentures or have a dental bridge in your mouth I suggest you avoid this. There is usually a long wait. They have everyone park. My food was more than good and the sweet tea was the BOMB (if you like it sweet like me!)! The Cole slaw was super creamy and very tasty. The quality of the food has gone down. I am from Chicago so I know how good the food in that city is. The problem is, real chicagoans aren't cooking the food. Who is cooking the food??? The last 3 or 4 time ive been there the food has tasted real salty/greasy. It seems as though they are reheating the food in the microwave...like the fries for instance. No bread comes with the dinners anymore. I got mild wings and the sauce looked nasty af. The livers are always overcooked as well. Golden corral has better livers. For frozen boxed filets of fish, it's okay. Their fish has a nice flavor because of the breading on it but you can taste how artificial it is. Don't come here expecting real fresh fish because you won't find it here. 2 stars because they are very nice when they aren't busy. Otherwise, you're out of luck with the good customer service. Your food may not be right, they also will probably fill someone else's order before yours. I came once and waited almost 2 hours while I watched cars pull up and place orders after me and get their food before me. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left.
