I'm very disappointed with the way my situation was handled by management. At no time was I clearly informed that I would be charged this fee, nor was the policy explained to me in writing. I tried several times to resolve the issue directly with management. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email, so I waited three days, but no one ever followed up. Because I could not get a response, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Unfortunately, when I had another appointment today, I was told by the manager that because I disputed the transaction, I would no longer be allowed to use their services. I do not feel this was handled fairly or professionally. What makes me especially disappointed is that the stylists themselves are wonderful. The girls are very professional, talented, and do an excellent job. My negative experience is specifically with the management and the way this situation was handled. I believe better communication, transparency, and professionalism could have resolved this without it becoming such a negative experience.
