When I arrived, there were three people at the desk. They looked at me but kept talking to each other for a couple of minutes and then asked when my appointment was. Not super friendly like I'm used to. Filled out the paperwork and met my therapist (also not very warm). I tried to be very clear with my therapist about the areas that I wanted her to focus on, and I told her that I like really strong pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure wasn't deep. I asked for firmer pressure during the massage, but overall it was too gentle. Also didn't focus enough on problem areas as I had requested. No follow up as far as what to do after the massage (drink water, take it easy, stretches for problem areas, etc.) Just not very involved. In summation, it wasn't bang for my buck. Didn't hate it but left disappointed. Made me miss my therapist in SC. I'm not picky...I don't need frills...but a little more friendliness and warmth and a good listening ear might bring me back. Maybe someone else had a great experience, and I just got in there on a bad day. Meh.

I went to see many physio therapists and no one could cure the problem, no one listened to what I was saying and really dig deep into curing the problem. I started at Lifemark on tecumseh/manning with Adrian Huang who is by far the most thorough physiotherapist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My first appointment with Adrian he said "Okay, I know what's going on here, and I can help you fix it." Of course, given my history with physiotherapists my eyes rolled as far back into the back of my head as they could. I said to myself I just have bad hips, I've always had bad hips, this can't be fixed. Fast forward, I can honestly say, I have never felt better in my entire life. Adrian and the team at Lifemark really helped me, cured me, and continue to provide above average care for me and I'm sure many others. I feel lucky to have found a clinic who truly have a passion for helping people.

Massage was okay, not great. She said I was done and left the room. I looked at clock on wall, it said exactly 1:30 I thought it was slow so I checked my watch 1:30 For some stupid or timid reason I tipped KP and left. I had paid for 45 minutes and only got 30 I later emailed them and all they did was say sorry once but did not offer re-imbursement. I don't know if it was a mistake or on purpose but their response after being caught was extremely poor Keep the money and run DON'T GO TO PARKWAY MASSAGE
