Cleaning supplies left out in a clearly dirty area is great to look at when relaxing.

Lovely concept. Fantastic massage therapist. Truly wonderful! The receptionist asked me to pay for my service and tip 20% upon entry. She agreed to cancel it and let me pay after, but it's a little off-putting when I hadn't received the service yet. Very clean and well-decorated ladies' area, bathrooms, and sauna. DUSTY soaking area! I could barely stay the 30 minutes without sneezing. You can visibly see large hairballs and lint on the floor near the Buddha statue. I'm also not sure how clean the water was. This is not acceptable. There were no cushions on the egg chairs; I guess they are just there for decoration. No candles, spa scents, or even incense burning in the halls or spa area. It's just an oversized jacuzzi with so much dust that I left stuffy. For the price of this experience, I expect much better. No matter the day of the week or how many clients are on the books, the service and atmosphere should always be top tier and reflective of the prices attached.

This was definitely a much needed experience. Had a nice relaxing massage by Theresa (she was amazing). The soak spa was nice as well. I went later in the evening so nobody was there and it was nice and peaceful. Definitely felt like I was on a resort. Also I went upstairs to the bar/hotel afterwards. Hotel is old and eclectic. Bartender was super nice and chill. He's actually a sommelier so we talked about wines. Highly recommend this place

My fiancée treated me to Soak Spa for my birthday. I got the mineral rich body polish and a massage by Latia, she is very professional and good at what she do, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my services. The Spa is really nice and my only complaint is the showers needed to be cleaned a bit more after each use, it was hair and a little mold. Overall it's a nice Spa

Robert, the supervisor, was as unhelpful as he was snarky. there are much better spas at better rates without Robert.

Tasha was my message therapist and I let her know that I wanted her to focus on massaging out a knot that I had in left shoulder blade.

Piper at the front desk and Lauren, my massage therapist, were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren mentioned she had over 17 years of experience and it showed. Her technique was impeccable, and my 60-minute massage (with hot stones, highly recommend!) was amazing. I also loved the sauna. It didn't feel cramped, and the cold foot bath paired with the variety of essential oils for the hot rocks made it even more special. If you're looking for a true luxury spa experience, go to Bloom. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Cassandra and Mike!

Bloom Wellness is a great day spa for unwinding in the chaos of the everyday…read more I visited recently after getting a gift card, and I'm glad I got a chance to check the place out. The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I also felt like the scheduling process was a little informal and unprofessional. I called and instead of returning my call, I got a text message back with informal grammar "Texting u from Bloom wellness" - it came off as sloppy.
