We, as customers, rely on the expertise of the company to assess appropriate locations for gates, etc. An attempt at a correction to this gate was made at 6 months but was unsuccessful. The front 10 ft. gate has continued to settle and now will not open without lifting off the ground. It digs in at least an inch and continues to deteriorate. At 6 months, the gate was reversed so it would open at all, as it would only open half way at that point. And yet, I was quoted a hefty sum to replace a gate that should have never been installed at that location, per the actual builder of the fence. Also fence boards have popped off, only a few, that were screwed in at 1/2 inch from the end of the board to the post. Definitely warranty in my view. Nice people without follow through on customer satisfaction and work quality.

Finding a fence company that will do "smaller" jobs was a bit of a struggle, but thankfully Colton was happy to help. He came out at the expected time, gave a fair quote and since we were planning on doing it eventually anyway, I trusted him and his crew at MiCo Development Group to install a 2nd gate on the other side of the fence. The quote for the project was fair and delivered quickly through email via a customer portal. Payment for the deposit was simple and easy to do and everything was honest and straightforward. We scheduled a time for the work to be done a few weeks after the quote and Colton was communicative about the best days, letting us know that they had to adjust slightly for the Thanksgiving holiday, but was also clear in checking in ahead the day before to make sure the date worked out. When the work was done, they showed up on time and went over the agreed upon specs ahead of time. Colton and Mike paid attention to every detail I mentioned (such as a specific gate latch that I wanted) before starting. And in the middle of the job, when they accidentally hit a sprinkler line, they were honest about it and ensured that it was fixed properly before calling the job complete. The repairs were done in about half a day and now I have the piece of mind of (two!) working gates. Professional, friendly, prompt and fairly priced, as well as amazing customer service makes MiCo Development stand out above any other company here on Yelp. I have to call and text multiple times to get a response from anyone and then the response is we'll get in touch with the manufacturer and will let you know what they say tomorrow......of course, they have never called back. I'm still waiting.....have paid over $3,000 in June and still sitting with no fence and no ETA nearly 5 months after paying the deposit.......completely pathetic. I would not re-hire this company nor recommend them.

When calling to see about where on the property line was it placed, because the bad neighbor was able to "connect " to my fence when I expressed to be INSIDE my property lines. When calling, is when she got all bent out of shape. If she would have answered my questions, I would have been able to determine wether they should be listed as an error, when I file a civil lawsuit against the neighbor. Do not use them.
