I have been coming here for the past 6 months and seeing Yalena for monthly facials. She is a nurse, injector and esthetician. Very knowledgeable and I trust her with my skin care. We have done both deep cleansing and lifting facials with the redlight and blue light wand, which is improving the look and feel of my skin, not to mention very relaxing. The entire staff is friendly and environment is calming, clean, and beautiful. I recommend this spa and wish that they also offered massages!! read more

If i could give zero stars i would! Avoid this place at all costs. Here are the facts, My wife bought a 400 dollar package based on using this one outstanding lady for facials. The manager and the therapist left the company a week after she was sold the package. They only reason she bought it was she loved Alexandra who gave her the facials. David, the owner fought me tooth and nail for weeks. Made me fill out a form. Then only offered me 75 dollar credit. Disgusting. Having been in managent in retail for years, you always take care of the customer. This is the absolute worst customer service ive experienced to date. Avoid this bussiness at all costs! read more

Came here for an introductory $59 facial that I saw advertised on social media. As I was waiting to be called I to a treatment room, I decided to read their yelp reviews and almost left after I saw the terrible reviews. I was brave and stayed and I am so glad I did. Those reviews are wrong. This spa is under new management hence the bad reviews from the previous customers. I actually loved this place, my facial was amazing and I left glowing. I think it's a scam. I bought the triple face lift that popped up on Facebook and I've done it before it should be used with a machine at one point or another and nothing. Just her rubbing my face till it bruised. I also asked for pricing on 20 units of Botox which is normally $200 tops and she said $700 but cause your a new customer I'll do for $500 it was laughable then she said I won't see results for 3 months I swear this is word for word. I can go on and on about the scams they are trying to pull and I just don't want anyone else to get scammed. They should be shut down but I'm sure they'll get everyone to join for a year which they said was $4000 and close in 3 months like the last owners did or atleast they want you to think it was different owners. read more

Went to test the offer of a $59 introductory facial. Very nice facility, and the facial was very relaxing. I loved how the technician asked if I minded if she explained what she was doing and how it was benefiting me particularly - and as I'm a seasoned veteran in skincare, it made a lot of sense and I knew she was not just making things up :) After the treatment I met with David the manager - and yes, his job was to sell me further services, but he was very nice and direct about it, without any hard sell - and I've worked in sales myself for many years. Very quickly he customized the offer to get me exactly what I needed for a very fair price, so now I have a great 5-treatment package to look forward to. Had a wonderful massage by Devieana. She was helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job! Location was clean. Was not into the sales pitch at the end. Never been to quite a "spa" that tries to cram overpriced packages down your throat after you just were feeling nice and relaxed. this place is a rip off, I purchased a package from the original owners and they sold it and I still had half of the package left. The new owners were very nice at first, but then really didn't care about anything. They just put me with whoever they wanted, the girls were nice enough, but I just felt like I was shoved around here and there. then you have to pay for your own parking and the girl was running late so I got ticketed for parking. They should've handled that and they should've paid for the parking. You're coming to their establishment you pay thousands of dollars for a package and they don't even care so I just let the rest of my package go and they never even called to find out why they don't care and it's just very disappointing read more

This was a come-on to purchase a red light wand for $1400 to tighten your skin. Imagine they try to sell this product, charge you for a full facial and all you get is someone wiping your face with wipes that she throws on the floor. There isn't even a waste pail for these wipettes. The place is pretty but the service is pretty tacky. This place is a waste of time and money. If you believe in red light therapy buy a wand on Amazon, DON'T come here. read more

Do not go here. I went in for the "special promotion" of LED red light facial originally $300 for $59. First of all, it was not a facial at all. She basically massaged my face with lotion a couple times and put me under a blue light for 2 minutes. After, they take you to a room where they try to sell you a $3000 package of facials. Total scam. I've had tons of facials in my life, and this was basically just a lotion massage on my face. My face actually looked worse after, not sure what the tech did or put on my skin. I had stumbled across this Gem of a Spa through a friend and then again on Groupon. I could not be happier with my Micro-needling session. I was immediately greeted and offered wine to relax and thought it was a lovely gesture. My paperwork I had already completed online, so my procedure started promptly at my appointment time. Sara, the aesthetician that provided the service was extremely professional & thorough. She paid very close attention to all of my concerns I told her about on my face. I walked in stressed and down from work and life, we're all human. Not only did I leave rejuvenated, my skin is glowing, and looks beautiful. I had that special $60 non-surgical facelift it amazing. I had Kirsten as my attendant. She was awesome. This place is awesome. When I say run don't walk. You will find yourself in a beautiful spa with great people. Again ask for Kirsten I can't say enough about her. She was kind funny cute wonderful attentive. I had a facial special advertised as a treatment with led light- I did have the facial but not with led- I would say it was more like a massage and not a led lights facial- advertised as one hour treatment- had it for 50 minutes- after the treatment I was placed in the consultation room where I was offered a 3000 deal for two creams and a led machine along with couple facials - I refused to buy it and then I was offered a 1500 deal - again I refused and then I was offered a 400 deal without the led machine - cream and two facials! It was a rip off and I do not recommend anybody going there and falling for these offers which I called scams !! read more

I visited Ocean spa for a facial and it was not what I expected far has purchasing a plan. I was quoted a plan not on my budget but was going to try it. The following day I decided I really couldn't afford it. I tried to cancel but to my surprise they declined my request. It seems on the receipt there was a no refund policy. The was nothing in sight only what was on the receipt after they charged my card and she never mentioned there was no refund. I took back all that was supposed to go with that plan and never used it. I then looked around to see if there was a sign or something to indicate that policy. I spotted the sign be hind a plant out of sight where customers could at least know before making a big financial mistake. Be very careful of these people. They only want your money. I'm still waiting for an email they said they will send stating I will receive my refund. Be very careful. Not a good purchase. read more
