Omg!! Words can't describe this place. They are taking Covid 19 very seriously. Very clean environment . I've never had a massage before so I can't compare. But what I experienced was Phenomenal. I have a bad foot and bad shoulder. I didn't even have to tell him and he knew. I honestly think he fixed my shoulder. I'm a truck driver and this is exactly what I needed. I had a great experience here. The receptionist was nice, warm, & welcoming. My masseuse was named "Co Co" or "Ko Ko." She was really gentle w/ her hands & always checked if i was doing okay through out the massage. Had an appointment set for over a week. Had a baby sitter and on my husbands only day off. Went to check in for our appt and after a few minutes she said oh sorry we don't have what you requested anymore (2 females for our couples massage) they only had males. They had another appointment that was supposed to be for 4 o'clock and they called last minute and changed to 5 so they gave them our appointment. They did not work to try to fix their mistake and accommodate us. We don't get many date nights :( sad to say we were extremely disappointed. read more

We use to come here a lot but it has changed. This last time me and my wife went we felt a lil off. There was 2 female interning the room to message me and my wife. We started to get undressed when they walked in. They left and then a man and a lady comes. The man messages my wife and I get the younger female. Strange maybe but but ok. The man massaging my wife keep sniffing as if he had a cold or had done some coke right before coming in. When they said to turn around he was looking at my wife while she turn around with no shirt on. As for me the lady removed my towel and was staring at my lower body in just underwear's. ( as asked to undress and keep underwear on). The lady went very low on my lower back messaging my butt n I had to tell her not to low. After that she would go to high between my legs going upwards. When I would try to look back to see my wife she kept covering my face with a blanket or switching sides of where she stood to as in to block my view. To make sure I wasn't over reacting I looked over serval times and she keep looking for ways to avoid looking. I've been to many legit messages and this is the first one I've seen that has the 2 beds facing the wall and away from each other. Normally they face the same direction side by side or face each other. I couldn't even relax just wondering if we fell asleep what would they do to use. I keep asking my wife questions to make sure she was still awake. After the long hour We left n didn't say anything about it but when we got in the car we both felt a lil off. Today I woke up with a pain on my neck worse then what I went in with. 1 If the man would of messaged me n the lady to my wife I would of felt better. 2 beds need to face each other or look in the same direction side by side for couples message. 3 if someone has the sniffles send them home or have them do something else for those hours. 3 employees especially men shouldn't be in room when couples are switching possessions in underwear only. read more

The Massage was nice but there was a few issues. The staff was sweet up until it got time to pay I paid $160 for a massage and tipped $15, the man up front was getting ready to give me a come again card but told me I needed to tip more than $15 because I wouldn't tip more he did not give me the card. I was told it was cash only so I only pulled out a certain amount of money and he kept insisting for me to Zelle him more *TIPS ARE OPTIONAL*. In addition, I paid extra for a facial included in my massage and did not get it yet I was charged for it. When getting a tip you should be grateful and not push people to give you one especially after already receiving it and for him not to give me a card after I paid $160 for my massage because I wouldn't tip more is a shame. read more

I'm writing this review as I am thinking about how much I need to come back here again. I first visited with a scheduled couples massage about 4 weeks ago. Before scheduling I was anxious due to a previous negative experience I had elsewhere and this was my first time in a few years trying a full body massage again. I was pleased that they accommodated my wishes for a female masseuse for my boyfriend and I. I was immediately put at ease when they informed us to keep our underwear on and to secure the towel on the elastic band of our undergarments so the towel won't slip. I felt safe and relaxed. From that point forward, I was able to enjoy the massage and the gentle ambiance. I appreciated that they gently whispered what they were going to do and asked for permission to do certain things like removing our socks. My boyfriend gets me gift certificates for this place every year for full body massages. There valid for 1 year He purchased 2 in December of 2019 for $40 each Covid happened in March or 2020 I recently called and asked if they would honor the gift certificate since I couldn't use it due to the pandemic. A man answered and said it's not their fault that the pandemic happened so I wouldn't be able to use it. I said it's not my fault the pandemic happened either but I thought you would honor it since we paid for it. He said he didn't know and to bring the gift certificates in. I brought the gift certificate and then they tell me that it's going to be 10 additional dollars that they raised the prices. I said at the time of purchase the $40 was for a full body massage they insisted that I pay the additional $10. I pull out my debit card to pay for the $10 then she tells me they only except cash and to go to Vons there's an ATM there. I go to my bank pull out the money and return. once the massage was completed they asked me to drink a cup of water at the front I declined and then they said Tip?? I said I don't have any more cash on me then they u can zelle the money . Interesting that to pay the additional $10 for the massage they tell me to go to pull the cash they didn't offer me to pay through Zell. I don't appreciate them insisting that I give a tip to begin with that should be optional. I remember getting a massage before the pandemic there and I did willingly give a tip of five dollars the manager wasn't satisfied with that amount he said that the suggested tip is eight dollars because it's a lot of work on the therapists hands. $50 isn't enough to satisfy the therapist hands that they need more money ?!!! After I use my next gift certificate we will not be purchasing from them anymore they're money hungry, greedy and very pushy and rude! Beware he's gona try n push u to give a tip if u don't and if u do give a tip He's going to try to squeeze more Out of you then you give! First time here, I made an apt on yelp which was nice and response time was fast! Very clean establishment. Ambiance is a big thing for me and it was nice and dark,quiet smelled really good. My massage was incredible for the price. I paid $40 for one hour deep tissue head to toe massage which included a foot massage and hot stones. Very satisfied and I feel super relaxed! Hi so I recently visited Ocean Spa , I was able to get me and my friend same day appointment which was a plus! So we arrived to our appointment and taken to our room not only to walk in to two females asleep on the beds but 2 other people in the room . So I told the ladies if we can get moved there was no privacy at all just a curtain dividing us and 2 strangers. So they moved us to another room right by the front door where you can hear everything! We ended up sucking it up and continued to get ready for our massage to find the towels wet!! Like they've already been used wet! I once again told the ladies , at this point I wasn't sure if I wanted a massage anymore feeling bad for my friend being the first time I sucked it up again . Once massage was over we were greeted by the ladies with water. As we drank our water I notice one of the ladies go back to the room and flip the towel I was just laying on and continued to fix it for the next clients they were using the same towels I could not believe it ! I am hesitant in massage parlors because of how expensive they are and the masseuse aren't good. I had severe back pain that I couldn't get up with out upper back pain so I was looking at yelp for reviews before calling this spa. The receptionist was super nice and she told me that they had availability for me to walk in. Coco was the person that gave me the massage and I told her where I had my pains. She asked me if I was okay during the massage and she also found out knots that I didn't even know. She left the room to bring hot stones but she was quick about it. I will definitely come back to this spa and when I paid the price was also very affordable. Really liked this place. My sister in law and I went for a 1 hour massage. The people there are very nice and it's a lovely atmosphere. The only issue I had with the place was that I can hear a male singing and washing pots from the business next door. He was so loud that it really killed the serene vibe until he stopped.
