I have been a customer of this place for years. I didn't care that it was more expensive than others in the area. They did a really good job. Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself. Reliably friendly and excellent service! I drive out of my way to go there for a wash.

I drove through just to get the bugs on my car cleaned off. Even though they have an extra $5 fee for love bugs, mine were not and they didn't think I had enough to warrant the extra fee, so it was just $10. I went through and some bugs were still stubbornly on the windshield so I asked the girl wiping things down if she could get them. She couldn't reach them so she got her manager who was taller to help. He took a look at the car and said he wanted to give us another run through the machine. No extra charge. I know they are doing their best....but the prices are getting a bit over the top....over thirty bucks? and service is slipping. Now if they were consistent with the service then ok...but sadly they are not. I think they are having a real issue getting good help....dude knocked my toll pass off my windshield...lost the suction cup (found it eventually when I got home) and just throws it in the center console....dude really? They forget the tire dressing on all four tires....do not wipe off the running boards consistently on and on and on. I know it is hot in FL but if you are soaked through your T-shirt do not sit all the way back on my seat PLEASE. Your body odor was not the fragrance I paid for...but it was the strongest one. Not trying to be rude but change your shirt. The staff is always polite. That is a good thing, Not sure the upcharge going here is going to be worth it once Calibre opens down the street. read more

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR WASH EVER Took my car today got it hand washed and then afterwards got it hand waxed. Honestly love how great my car came out. Such a nice clean look with such a deep gloss. Overpriced, average service, no monthly packages. My car gets done at Twins in Melbourne and I've got my SUV cleaned here twice...both times dirty windows and bugs still on front. Dude tells me it's $5 extra on top of the $20 to get bug spray today WTH. I miss the days the vehicles just got cleaned. You'll get the dirt off here, but nothing more. Went there today 07/16. $30 package. I had typical summer bug splatter from a trip to Orlando. Guys with the pressure washers not only didn't take a a pad to them, they didn't even spray them. Didn't pressure wash my black custom wheels. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this was not the typical experience. I felt sorry for the people who had to rectify the problems due to their laziness in the hot, sunny weather. Place wasn't even busy and I can understand that. read more

I have had my Tesla detailed several times at different services both here in Florida and in California, but the quality of the exterior detailing done by Ocean Spray was far above anything I had experienced before. Glue marks from car pool lane stickers had survived all the prior detailing jobs but are completely gone now! Love bugs were incompletely removed by the last detailer but the car looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Highly recommend this service. read more

The car wash itself is as good if not the best in the area. The management is outstanding. I had a piece of trim come loose, and the attachment clip was broken. With no questions asked, the manager, Conrad contacted BMW and had a replacement part with in the hour. Just genuine people running this place. Worst car wash ever. Girl was rude taking my money. I asked the guy to hose my hood as there was a lot of dirt from the landscapers at work with their back pack blowers. He proceeded to wipe my hood with a sponge. Thanks for scratching my hood and not hosing it like I asked. So much for a car wash knowing how to wash my truck. Here's a picture of my wheel so the wash speaks for itself. Will never go back. Update: So I guess a wash does not include washing the wheels?? I didn't need anything extra like Armor All, just the dirt washed off. If you can't do that then I will never be back to your car wash. WHAT a great location for a car wash! With all of that salty mist in the air, getting on car windshields and paint. Even though I now live on the Florida West Coast, I still call Melbourne my home. So almost every time I get 'home', I swing through to get my hot wheels washed! Like so many folks, I take great pride in my ride. (I'm not mental about it, however!) You sit back in the driver's seat and leave the driving to them as your car gets pulled into the revolving, swirling, water slinging brushes. Emerging at the other end of the 'tunnel' I always kinda feel like I've been re-born. In a non-Freudian way, of course! Then there's a scurry of activity as several hard working guys and girls scramble in, around and all over your car. Wiping, drying, vacuuming and spraying inside and out. "New car scent, please", I say proudly! So, if your car or truck is going to get dirty......yeah, right! Take it to Ocean Spray and let them dip it in cranberries............What? I should have looked my car over before leaving because as soon as I got home I saw that it didn't even look like they washed it! The pictures say it all... I really want to like this place because it's so close to my house. I've gone at least 10 times. Most of the time day forget to vacuum the cupholder it dashboard. I always have to remind them. I purchased #2 for $19. Today I got home and I open my trunk and the trunk I had not been cleaned at all and it was still full of sand. They did an amazing work on my 2019 Golf R. I got full front XPEL PPF, XPEL windows tint and FEYLNAB ceramic coating installed. For $26 they do a great job washing and drying your car. Cleaning and detailing the interior. My only criticism would be they need to be sure to blast the water trapped in the side views mirror. The view is not bad either. read more

The line system is horribly flawed. Two lines merge to one at the cashier booth. Mechanism to merge seems unfair to some and so drivers get upset. Cashier is rude and stacks cars far too close together. I am surprised there hasn't been a car hitting another yet. It's totally to maximize getting people in line and paid just to wait forever. I went in this morning for my normal Saturday wash and after leaving noticed that the drying job was less than desirable. After my second time using this place I will never go again. Not only do they leave all kinds of streaks all over your windows, the main reason I went was to get my truck vacuumed out after a long road trip with my dog leaving a bunch of dog hair in the back seat and it doesn't even look like they touched the back seat at all. They also only used the dash protection on the driver side and never even touched the passenger side. And above all else the magnetic cell phone holder I had on my dash is now gone... This place is garbage quality with garbage service with employees that still your stuff. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday. I paid $22 and was very pleasantly surprised to how much they did to my car for the price it cost. I went to another carwash previously and paid almost the same amount but i had to get out and wash my own wheels, clean my own bugs and do my own vacuuming. Rush job. Excuses about being understaffed when called out. Paid for hand wax and lucky if they used a cheap glaze and very rushed. Looks like they dumped greasy detail juice thick all over. The flyer for this car wash says appointments can be made for interior detailing and to allow 2-3 hours. I called to make an appointment the other day and they told me to just come by, no appointment needed. When I brought my car just now, the man said it's a 4-6 hour job, that I would have had to drop the car off in the morning, and that they don't take appointments. I have no idea about the quality about the wash itself, but the misinformation and lack of regard for customers is enough to make me try elsewhere. read more

Got the special #2 which included exterior wash, interior cleaning, tires and wheel cleaning and tire protectant. They offered a choice of air freshener, but I declined. I personally don't care for fresheners. The guy who cleaned my car was very thorough and was very professional. I actually tipped a bit more than usual because of the quality of his work. I highly recommend paying a bit more for their more detailed car washed because you will feel so much better about your ride when it looks as good as it does when they wash it. The only criticism I have about this place is that the noise from the air dryer is uncomfortably loud next to the benches outside. They do have an indoor seating area but it's not all that welcoming or comfortable. This is mute, however, if you simply get their express wash because you remain in your vehicle. Definitely consider Ocean Spray Car Wash the next time you need your car washed and don't feel like doing that chore yourself. read more

Seven years of outstanding service! Today was no exception. Now I drive to Satellite from VB to get my Jeep detailed so I made to 40 minute drive north up A1A today. This past week my Jeep flooded out in the rain. Over 4" of water in the interior that say for days. The manager, Co rad, and the guys did an EXCEPTIONAL job as always! I'm a snowbird who has been going here for years. In the past they have done a consistently good job. I've been three times for their $22 wash since my return from the north in October. My have things changed. The last two times neither the dashboard or the console were cleaned and the rags they have been using to clean the interior windows have left a film on the glass which indicates either the kids haven't been trained which rags to use for what and/or they're not washing the rags enough. Seems management is less visible than in past years as well. read more
