Our 2nd time at this car wash. The 1st time was excellent given the in car cleaning service. This time they provided the service but not with the same level of attention to detail as they did the 1st time and I unfortunately did not notice any of this at the time of completion. There was no wiping of the dash or in car services. The cup holders and here shift areas were full of crumbs and debris. The exterior was good. I will return because they are one of the few if any full service car washes. read more

This is the ONLY car wash in south Brevard that I will even take my vehicle too. They give a military discount on every wash and on Veterans Day a FREE car wash! They have a 2 day rain guarantee as well! Every time I go here the staff are polite, professional and ensure they wash my car with care. I have only ever received the outside full wash but they offer a full interior and exterior detail if you have time. I can stay in my car as it goes through the wash and they offer a free towel and air freshener every time I pay for a car wash. Overall I look to make sure the car wash doesn't leave residue or scratch the paint. This is the only wash to trust with your vehicle. read more

This was my first visit to Pristine Car Wash, to get my car washed and the interior vaccumed. I had the detailing attendants do all the work "by hand", since I had concerns about my car going through the automatic wash (folding in the blind spot mirrors, removing the back window wiper, etc.) I was able to sit in my car the whole time, only stepping out for literally 1 to 2 minutes to have the driver's seat and floorboard vaccuumed. This was the most appreciated part of the service, since I am overweight and have mobility issues. If you can't get out of your car, don't worry, they will find a way to accommodate you. No man (or woman) left behind! More extensive detailing services are available but I just wanted quick and easy basics. Prior to my visit I wasn't so much concerned about the price as the quality of the work that would be done, and now I can't sing their praises enough! The detailers were super fast (approximately 10 minutes) but super meticulous. By the time they got done my car was...I kid you not!...as clean as it was when I first bought it! They even took my debit card inside to the cashier to save me the inconvenience and discomfort of all that walking. And the fee for all that rock star customer service was a very reasonable $35!! When they collect your credit/debit card they will ask if you would like to add a tip, but it's entirely optional. I joyfully added one! read more

Thought I would try this place for the first time today. Got my jeep in line about 6 or 8 cars ahead of me. I was approached at my window and I inquired about the wash I wanted. I decided to pay $8 and try it out and see the results. After I payed I got out of my jeep to take the bra off, that was protecting from bugs. Another attendant motioned for a truck behind me to pull around me...I was very upset. I asked the attendant, why did you motion for that truck to pull infront of me I was in line? He said: To keep the flow going. What, the line was moving at snail pace and my jeep was not in the way, etc. He then told me I should not get excited about it and rudely ignored me. The other attendant, was returning with my change and I asked for a refund. Got my money and left. Sorry I know they don't get paid much and most likely don't care about customer service. But...I am done. I will try some place else. read more

This has to be one of the worst washes around. Real shame as it use to be pretty good. I got an interior and exterior clean. Inside windows not washed, mats not removed prior to vacuum, leather wiped off but really cheap or no shine When I complained they blew me off and said I was being rude. Young man said he was manager but would not give name. To many choices for this service. read more

I was getting ready to give my 2010 car to my daughter. I'd had it serviced, and wanted to make it as pretty as possible also, even though it had some scratches. When I brought the car to be detailed, Anthony mentioned that a clay treatment (sorry I don't remember the exact name) might make those less noticeable. He personally detailed my car, and sure enough, the scratches were gone, and the car was as close to showroom perfect as when I bought it! I had planned to go to another car wash further away, but I stopped at Jiffy Lube next-door to get an oil change. An oil change at Jiffy Lube gets you a car wash at Pristine. I needed a full detail though. My dog loved the beach so much he had decided to bring it home with us in my car. Pristine credited the price of the basic wash toward my detail. The new owners personally gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. My car looked like it came from the show room floor. I had the full detail done and it was $40 less than the other car wash had quoted me. The attention to detail was amazing and the friendliness and customer service went above and beyond. I spent $25.00 for a complete cleaning. When I got home the roof of the car was just as dirty as when I brought it in. The two kids had to have seen it when they were drying off the car. They did not attempt to clean or advise me. They just let me drive off. And I gave them a $5.00 tip. WASTE OF MONEY. read more

First time visiting and first time getting my car detailed. An incident of spilled turkey juice during Thanksgiving (yes, I waited months to do something about it) and a recent incident of spilled pickle juice was the deciding factor to finally get my car clean. I wanted to go to a place that offered a full detailing job, and luckily this was close to home. I went on a Saturday morning right when they opened and was the first customer. They went over the services offered and worked with my target concerns for my car. I got the complete treatment and they did an amazing job! The main challenge was getting rid of the vinegary-pickle smell out of my car, and after many tries, they even went out to buy baking soda to help absorb and neutralize the odor, and had multiple people smell the car to make sure the odor was gone. Their meticulous care succeeded and I greatly appreciate all of the time and effort they put in! Mike was amazing and made sure he returned my car pickle-free and pristine.
