Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself.
