And from what i hear, chefs are really from places such as hongkong etc and so the taste they put into their food is really authentic chinese. First came the dried scallop soup with vegetable green which looked plain and simple, but it surprisingly impressed my taste buds. That first impression got me excited for the dishes that were to follow: Shrimp salad, crispy roasted chicken, steamed Lapulapu fish, Sweet and sour pork, Dim sum sampler platter, braised beef, the birthday pancit, Stir fried green beans, and finally fried rice with fried anchovies. It's buffet style, with fresh seafood you choose on the spot and they cook to order. From fish to scallops to shrimp to oysters, and different ways to prepare and season, everything tasted delicious. They also have lobster and king crab for an additional price. Drinks are not included but can be added for a small price. The service was also superb with different people checking in on us throughout the meal, asking for additional drinks and warning us when it was last call for the kitchen. For those who are considering going soon, they have a discounted rate until April 26, 2019 for the buffet. If you're in the area or coming to visit, I'd definitely recommend you check it out!
