You can get great deals on dried/canned foods. I've gotten deals on makeup and toiletries in general, and then you have occasions like on my last visit where the store was practically empty, and I mean like aisles that were just bare. I'm hoping that it's due to the labor day rush and they haven't had a chance to stock up yet, but on the whole, I always look forward to Ocean State and will be back.

Called customer service, could not get through, several times. Left a message for a call back, never got a call back, sent emails with no response, not even an acknowledgement. So beyond the useless $250 item. I cant even reach a customer service person to discuss any sort of solutions, store credit, even swap for a new board, not even an apology. Things have moved she brought me right to it. She helped me find what a wanted. There were many to choose from she even took the frame apart to make sure the insert would come out. There were plenty to pick from. We looked at about five of the frames. I finally decided on one that was very sleek and the price was awesome. I had searched on line and Marshall had the best price. Only complaint never enough chasers. Maybe I just hit at the wrong time.

He accused me of stealing the items as I walked in and was not only rude but very unkind. Due to the weight of my return, the long walk to the register and my breathing condition I was not breathing well when I first encountered him. Although he could see I wasn't breathing well he continued to ask me questions insisting I answer him instantly. He treated me as if I was a child doing something wrong. I am a 48 year old woman . The policy is 7 days for perishables and 30 days for other items. It has been 4 hours. After I was banned from doing returns he followed me out of the store harassing me the entire way. He is a terrible manager and a unkind, unintelligent, cold, rude person. Everytime I shop there when he's working he's always just standing up front doing nothing. I won't be shopping there again. $17 return vs over $500 a month in sales. Not bright!!!
