I finally got the chance last weekend (mid-June 2022) after finding Re-Inspired had in stock something I desperately needed for a découpage class online two days away. First, the place is adorable. Outside and in, it's just a happy, pretty little place. Sharon, the owner, took time from her lunch to answer some questions I had--so generous with her time! And Holley, her assistant, was amazing. Since I was there primarily for the line of Fusion paint and accessories, she gave me soooo much info and tips on achieving the beautiful finishes on many furniture pieces in the store. She was an absolute delight. I got what I was looking for--plus a bit more for a different project--and had a good time in the shop. For those looking for decor or gift items, there's a lot of beautiful things there. If you use Google Maps to get there it's off by about a quarter mile but it's easy enough to turn around. The owners are very sweet and helpful, I arrived a few minutes before they officially opened but I was welcomed right in and offered a cup of coffee! What more could you ask for? They make most of their goods in house and if you're looking for something special, they can absolutely help you out.

I also went ahead and bought a pound of their decaf locally roasted coffee for my mom. It's water processed instead of using chemicals to remove the caffeine. She loved it. The shop inside is so beautifully curated you feel as if you're in a museum. If you've ever been to an Anthropologie store, it gives off similar vibes. They offer some local artist goods, a lot of it coming from women owned businesses. Many of these beautiful items come with a hefty price tag though. The pieces here are different from another shop I frequent, and I love that. I'm into the mixed look, not matchy-matchy. Just my thing. I've found gorgeous pieces here that I love to use daily and showcase at special occasions. The ladies in the shop (one is the owner but the other was equally knowledgeable about the pottery) were two of the genuinely nicest people I've ever met. So engaging and happy. Loving to share info and knowledge and time. Just lovely, lovely people. There's not only a good selection in the main shop, there's also a "gently loved pottery" shop through the lot. Lots of good things in there, too, and all in great condition! What a nice way to offer a budget-friendly start to one's collection, or to expand on one currently started. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, I haven't been able to be back in-store, but took advantage of an online sale. This place is DISGUSTING. Dust EVERYWHERE, horrible service, awful musty smell. I felt a dyer need…read moreto wash my hands twice when I left that place because you can just feel the layers of dust sitting on their merchandise. I went there 2 times and both times when I walked in, the lady just looked at me and turned her head. I asked if she could help me grab something on the top shelf and she sighed, grabbed it for me and then when I asked a simple "wow, this is different! have you tried this?" She said in a very irritating manner "i dont know anything about that. I just sell it so just leave it there if you dont want it." All while walking away from me, no eye contact. I then stood in line waiting and waiting to be checked out while she was having side conversations with someone she knew. Conversations about grandchildren even though shes only in her 60's and how she wants one, how she doesnt want to wait till shes "10ft under" (thought the saying was 6ft under but anyways), talking about a restaurant near by, etc etc ALL WHILE SHE KNEW I WAS WAITING TO BE RUNG UP. As soon as I was about to put my stuff down and walk out, she goes "you need something?" I told her "yeah I'm waiting for you to ring me out." And she took my stuff, rang it, took my money AND THEN CONTINUED HER CONVO WHILE HOLDING ONTO MY MONEY!! She didnt put it in the register, she didnt get my change, she just held onto it and carried on with her conversation. I then wanted to take the money back and leave, thats when she opened the register, got my change and as I held my hand out for her to hand me my change, she just laid it on the counter for me to pick the change up. She didn't put my things in a bag, she didn't say thank you nor did she say goodbye. She just put my change on the counter and continued her conversation with the other person. I don't ever really see cars parked on their side of the parking lot and My mother and I were the only customers. No wonder why! I have a business of my own, my whole family does. That is not how you run a business. I felt SO disrespected while shopping there. I was not rude, I was smiley when I walked in and I always try to speak politely and professionally. If that lady isnt the owner then that place needs a new employee or new staff members. Someone who can utilize the down time to tidy up the place and can offer decent customer service. Completely unacceptable. I would give it 0 stars if I could, shame to this business.
