They have carts for the disabled but they arent allowed to leave the store so how are the disabled supposed to get in to the store to shop? Youre employees are rude and poorly trained. And poorly managed, the manager i "spoke" too didnt tell me her name just told me that the carts cant leave the store and had no answer for me on how the disabled are supposed to get to them, if they are in the store and not allowed to leave the store.. if they could walk they wouldnt need the cart... im absolutely disgusted and outraged at the treatment of the disabled and the elderly. I was also impressed with the fact that they had larger sizes stocked, that are rare to find/come by in almost all of their women's shoes (I'm a size 11). Best customer service experience! The lady was super helpful & polite, was great about answering questions and also was not 'pushy' or in-your-face (as I had experienced at the other couple of prior shoe stores on my hunt). There is a horrible string in the middle of them that I was never told would be there. It is cheap and looks horrible. I called them to see what we could do and they told me there is nothing.
