The employee made me very uncomfortable, nor did they have any right to talk about my weight or any customers body. of they have nothing kind to say, they shouldn't say it especially in a professional work setting. The VNA's coverage in the Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee area is nearly 500 square miles and they provide an amazing job to elderly, hospice, and post-surgical patients who need their services. The Renaissance Shoppe is not a consignment store but made possible through the generous donations of people. The shop has two different sections across the parking lot, one warehouse-type building, the other in the walkout basement of the VNA facility. The warehouse building has primarily furniture, kitchenware and some appliances. The other locale has fine glass and crystal, porcelain, and limited, but fine furniture. With our entertainment schedule, we go through wine glasses like paper plates at a barbecue. So we're oftentimes at Renaissance looking for matching stemware and invariably we find it. At very, very reasonable prices, which is one of the reasons why this is such a great value. Sometime ago, we found a small glass computer table that we had been looking for at commercial outlets for hundreds of dollars, we paid a fraction at Renaissance. And they take all plastic for payments. Affable, nice personnel who are there as volunteers for a great cause.

I have gone through two separate…read moreother type of skates ( purchased elsewhere) hoping to learn to cross-country ski by this winter. Well, I happened upon the Nordicskate.com website, and saw they had 3-wheeler skates with speed control and a breaking system. So I sent an inquiry email. I got a call from Josh who was so very helpful in recommending the V2 Aero XL 150 RC skates, that I opted to rent them for two weeks as that was an option with them. Well, my 1 st time out was amazing! The speed controllers really helped me in keeping at a pace in which I was comfortable. I promptly called up Nordic Skate and paid to keep the skates. I'm really confident that come winter, I will be able to begin cross- country skiing! But first, I plant on a trip to Nordic Skate in VT. This August where I will have the wonderful people there find the perfect skis for my upcoming winter fun! All I can add is that if you want to learn to ski and can't even skate, give these guys a call! They are just plain awesome, I wish all shops were as helpful and outgoing as these fine folks at Nordic Skate!
