His last attempt to fix the problem was to tap the motor with a hammer. He has never returned since. To this day, now 3 years later, I still have a squealing stove. I have never heard from Steve again. Steve was absolutely no help at all. I spent a lot of money and got extremely poor service. Steve made his money and I was on my own. They are not a company you want to deal with. To be treated as if you are a burden to him is disgusting. He never followed up and more importantly never fixed the problem. He just couldn't be bothered.
