I booked a Relax Pedicure which included a soak in flowers and fruit. The fruit was 2 slices of orange. It included a pedicure, callus treatment and a 20 minute massage. $59 I booked it. I came early. The pedicurist spoke no English. I DID NOT GET ANY CALLOUS Treatment and never got my 20 minute massage. When my person finished she said "5 minutes. Was that how long I should dry? My person did not come back because she was working on someone else. She finished me without a massage and callous treatment. I went to the front desk. I was told I could have my massage later in the day. I took an hour and half(including waiting for 1/2 hour of my day and they brushed it off like I was not heard. I have had many mani pedis and combos with massage. I have never been treated like I was at the Nailbar. Never again. Wasted time read more

Widely over priced, the nails are cute but not the quality to be as expensive as they where. Try and find a nail salon who has skills worth the price. Instead of adding on prices that don't make sense. I'm not saying the nails are bad but again definitely not worth more than 85$ and the fact I was charged over 100 for something simple and short is crazy. read more

It was a really good experience just like last time. Only thing that changed was that Henry did my nails this time and he was pretty nice, very funny. My only con this time was that, I was with a friend and they told us to lower our voice meanwhile somebody else was on the phone behind us and she was speaking very loud. Wow!! Once again I have to say thank you to my fellow yelpers who led me to this place, which has almost 5 stars! The owner and the staff are fabulous funny and the synergy between all of them does not go unnoticed. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cultural diversity in the staff. German, Dominican, Asian, Cuban, Salvadoran (?)... etc. But that is not why I'm giving five stars but it sure contributes to it. The place is clean, they were continually asking if we wanted a cup of coffee or water or something else. Nataly did my acrylic nails and a pedicure and I have to say she's probably one of the most detail oriented nail technicians I've ever run into I splurged on the $75 (75 minute) pedicure see photo attached and it was well worth it. Owner is friendly and visible as is the manager (they call him "meat head", which made me laugh,) ** if you are picky about your nails (I am not) then I recommend asking for Nataly. On a vacay and Sheila gave me the best pedicure I have ever experienced! I was concerned at first staff would try to talk me into a higher priced pedicure or additional services. I've been getting my nails done here for a couple of years with no problems. Yesterday when I went to pay, I was informed that I had to pay an extra $5 for "special shaping". I never asked for special shaping and the only "shaping" that was done was a standard filing. Certainly $5 is not that big a deal but the nickel and diming certainly is. I won't be back. read more

WASTE OF MONEY Went there with my wife to get a pedicure spent $60 for the hour session ... it was not an hour 45 tops with no shoulder rub like it said in the description. The lady that cheese grated my feet took off enough to hurt my toe. It was sore for 2 days. The next day I still had dry skin flakes pulling and catching on my sheets ... no smoothness at all. read more

This place is great! They start working on you right away wether you have an appointment or not. They are all very nice, professional and do a great job with manis and pedis. The place is clean and they serve wine, tea, water or coffee for you as you get your treatments. They have a variety of gel and dip colors and I love how they do my nails every time I go there! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quick and easy place to get your nails done. It's a no frills place but they take great care of you! read more

We came to this location during our Vacation they are making sure that they do a great job social distancing. They are only allowing a certain number of people in the location in each area at a time with face mask as well a separation barriers. They did an awesome job on my pedicure and gel polish. Even though I did a regular polish that turned out well and wanted to change to the gel the gave me no negative vibes. While my the women who worked on Drew was a bit ruff and cut two of his toes. I had to tell he a few time not to be so ruff. I will go back when we return. read more

Today, I came into Ocean Walk Nailbar for the first time. I decided to try a new place. I was very happy about the services I received (a pedicure and a acrylics fill in). I am however a little disappointed. I came in hoping for something that's not simple. However, they had trouble doing the nail art I wanted so I ended up getting a super simple nail look at the end. Overall, I was very happy but I am disappointed that I couldn't get the nail art I wanted. The first picture below is the design I wanted and the second picture is what I ended up getting. I'm giving this place a five star because I can tell they really tried their best to accommodate me on what I wanted and I completely understand that what I was asking is a lot. Me and my young daughter went there and had a great experience. During Covid they are doing great with social distancing. They are checking temperatures if needed and using hand sanitizer. Everyone in the nail salon area were wearing mask. They did a really great job with our manicure and pedicure. Located right in the heart of Singer Island write off the bridge. read more

One of the best nail salons I've ever been in -- very luxurious and a superb selection of colors. I'm going to update this... the nails look beautiful, the place is clean, service is nice. But within 7 days, 3 of my dip powdered nails have fallen off, NOT DUE TO MY WORK. I have short nails and type all day; it's not like I'm lifting heavy objects or doing something that could seriously risk breaking. The beach is nice as well as the remodeled pool. You get beach chairs and umbrella with the resort pass. The restaurant ONA is OK but pricy. My massage was great, but expensive. I did not use a Groupon. I paid the price on the menu, which has drastically increased for a massage. The spa offers a locker, robe and flip flops that everyone uses. I bring my own. You get complimentary valet parking with your spa stay. But, only up to 7 hours. After that you are charged full price. The spa is small, but, clean. There's a lounge area with water and snack. The steam room was not working. There's a private outdoor jacuzzi. The one thing that has changed, and it's a negative compared to other spas. Is their policy that you are only allowed to stay an hour after or before your service to enjoy the spa amenities. This is not listed in any of the brochures or on the website. At the EAU Spa you can stay all day. And the price of the services is about the same. Not sure I'll be back if this policy of only an hour continues.

It included use of the private jacuzzi, lockers, robes, flip flops, and a fruit section to help ourselves to before we got pampered. The complimentary mimosa was a nice treat to indulge in as well. I did not get the name of my therapist, but she was phenomenal. I got the Swedish massage and she was perfect. It covered from head to toe and the hot stone was included in the group rate. The warm towels made the experience so much more unique and I was pretty bummed that it had to end in 50 minutes. The customer service was awesome and I found that the rate was great since we spent the whole day at the hotel making the most out of it. We were able to use the pools and the resort beach area as often as we wanted throughout the day. Plus, the valet is complimentary when you stamp your ticket at the spa after the service. It was a fun and relaxing day to celebrate the occasion with some of my favorite girlfriends!

I just realized after coming here so many times that I owe them such a great review. I love this nail salon. I believe anyone you get your nails done with is the best. In my eyes this nail salon does not have a good versus bad nail techs. They have always serviced me very well. I've always enjoyed the ambiance in this place. They have always blew me away with the nail designs. I enjoyed the company of all the women that work here they are nice and very open to trying anything new. I have always noticed how organized the nail salon is kept, their nail polishes, the bathroom, the chairs, and etc. Everything is always kept very clean and very well up kept. They have excellent customer service skills. I've always left in love with the new set of nails I've got done from anyone of them. I feel this is one of the best nail salons in Florida. They are worth wait all the time. I hope to always come here and my visits to be the same with them. read more

This salon is amazing! It's beautifully decorated, spotless, and so peaceful; no distractions from people on their phones. The staff is both friendly and professional, making every visit enjoyable. Ron, my technician, truly stands out. He takes the time to connect with you on a personal level. On my first visit, which happened to be my birthday in March, I mentioned I was flying to New Jersey later that day to see my parents. At my next appointment, Ron remembered and asked about my trip! Those thoughtful gestures mean so much. Not only does Ron's kindness make the experience special, but his skill is unmatched. The way he does my nails and pedicures? Had a good experience today, they didn't torture our feet like some other places we've visited. Will definitely try this place again! Reasonable prices, they actually have a descriptive website with photos of staff and clients, they seem to have a friendly family work environment, they provide little extra perks like a hot neck wrap and drink service. The techs we had spoke good English, we've been to other places where we could not communicate at all with our techs... sadly, lack of communication makes the service difficult for both parties. Just moved to Florida and found this hidden gem. I walked in and was greeted by everyone. The staff was SO nice. I got a new acrylic set, spa pedicure and eyebrow wax. Philip who did my nails was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what I wanted and honestly, my nails have never looked better. Hanna who did my toes gave the BEST massage and got rid of any callus I had and cut the nails perfectly. Also, after growing my eyebrows out for about 2 months, they look amazing thanks again to Hanna. These guys are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend. Love this place. I'll be back religiously to see them read more

All five stars for me because they have been above exceptional with me today. I got a classic manicure and pedicure and the price was convent for me because of the amount of service it brought. I even got a glass of wine completely free which honestly surprised me. The chairs were very clean which pleased me because I've been to other salons where its been so dirty! Mike (the owner) was so kind and even gave me discount! As if i needed more reasons to be happy with this place. I ended up making an appointment in two weeks and i cant wait read more

I really love this place and I think I've had a different technician every time and every time I've had a great experience. I've never had to wait more than five minutes past my appointment and the prices are super reasonable! I use to only do acrylics and I tried it the SNS gel and I really do love it it's super natural and last so long! My nails have never it lasted longer from any other salon, not to mention there super quick without feeling rushed. I'm almost always in and out within an hour!:) read more

This has been a wonderful experience for me and my daughter! When we came into the door we were greeted so nicely and asked what service we'd like. My daughter and i got dipping powder and deluxe spa pedicures. The technicians were so lovely and gentle with the dip and left our nails looking so good! Then the pedicures were so relaxing and honestly they felt so good with the massages. I will be back soon ocean walk nailbar and i hope i get the same treatment as today! read more

Tina always gives me an awesome pedicure and manicure she really takes her time and pays attention to details and she really does a great foot massage I never feel like they are rushing! I'm always looking for a really good nail salon.. and I think I've found my favorite one in the area. I've never had a regular manicure last more than 2 days and this one only wore down after 7 days! Super clean and friendly, would definitely recommend. I'm going to be trying the gel manicure next time i hear it is even better. read more

I've been here three times now and i have to say that i am not disappointed with this salon. I've had the SNS all three times from different technicians and they have all done a wonderful job! And as for pedicures i highly suggest the volcano pedicure because the magic it left to my feet is unbelievable haha. read more

To start with, we asked to sit together for the pedicure. NO ONE else was in the salon. My nail tech said of course, that's what is expected when you book together. The other nail tech went on to ARGUE with mine, for atleast 5 minutes, about how she didn't want to sit next to anyone, she wanted more space. She proceeded to look at me and ask me if "I was going to cry if I couldn't sit by my friend". Rude and unprofessional. Despite getting the top spa deluxe pedicure, my feet were barely touched. Same complaint about my hands (still have cuticles, calluses, etc). Fingernails and toe nails didn't match to begin with (nor did they look like the color they had displayed), and both faded fast into completely different colors. Really not impressed by this place and would not return (despite it being reasonably priced).

I spoke to who I presume is the owner and asked for a quote of a dip manicure with extensions and coffin shape and regular pedicure. She gave me a price that was reasonable and said for the coffin shape it'll be an additional $5 for that shape. Okay again all fine and makes sense. Then when I ask for OPI dips they said that they only carry 3 shades, I believe it was funny bunny, bubble bath and something else. I should've already taken it as a bad sign that they don't even carry shades of the most common nail polish brand in the market. She was pushing for this other brand I have not heard of and I normally stick to OPI but I decided to let it go and try this new one since she only had 3 shades of OPI. But very odd to not really carry OPI the to begin with. I got my pedicure first. While I was getting the pedicure done from another staff member, the lady comes back to me and says so you want a short coffin shape? I said well yeah on the shorter side because I have kids. She then suddenly says it's going to be an additional $5 dollars on top of the $5 extra she already quoted before. Again seems a little weird to add again after already discussing nails and pricing but I let it go. She then tried to push for me to get a gel x instead which I told her I don't want or and was not going to get done because I'm strongly against UV lighting that is required to cure in gel. That's the reason I get dip manicures because you don't need UV light to get a dip. I had a full conversation with her about it and that with my dip I don't want the UV light. I also mentioned how my nails easily break with the dip in passing sometimes. Anyway I get done with my pedicure and everything went smoothly at first with my dip manicure. Then I needed to wash my hands and apply the top coat. I came back from washing my hands and next thing I know she had the uv light out and was ready to cure my nails. I reminded her again that I didn't want to do that and dip manicures don't need that. She got very dismissive at this point and said no we don't do that here, we only do dips with the uv light. After I had this whole discussion with her when I was getting my pedicure done I'm confused why now suddenly she says they don't do that here even though it's standard dip practice to not cure/use a UV light. Then I'm like can you do something else? Then she says I can maybe apply this regular top coat. I then ask her will that work? She's like I don't know. She's seems to feel like she's experimenting for it at this point. And acting dismissive. Then she does it and she says that I have to air dry my nails as they don't have any drying fans in the salon. How does a nail salon not have ANY drying fans? People even get regular manicures and they need to dry the nails. So I ended up waiting for my nails to AIR DRY. I think I spent over 2hrs for this appointment. Then the lady said pretty rudely to me no wonder your nails don't last. She said that all because I didn't want to UV light a manicure that doesn't normally need it?! I've had plenty of good techs not uv/cure my nails and last the standard 2-3 weeks. If you google it, it is standard practice that dip manicures do not need UV and curing. You can if you want to but normally you don't. And the salon seemed to be missing the tools/supplies needed to do it the normal way which is so strange to me. Anyway now after getting all this stuff done I look at my feet and there's still cracks and dryness everywhere and now my dip nails are hurting as I type. The color is already fading off slightly and I know they will come off very soon. Anyway I'm definitely not going back. I need someone willing to work with me and listen especially when I'm requesting something that is normally standard practice.
