The prices are posted on the main desk when you walk in. They have a good inventory of polish as well (gel, regular, dip, cats eye etc) My favorite place to decompress. Disclaimer: my nails were not done by them. I have my own nail tech. I went there just for a soak off. As you can see in some of the pictures, my nails were breaking. Yes, they are my real nails. I honestly just wanted them to take the gel X off until I could set up an appointment with my own nail tech. The lady really did not listen to anything that I was saying, she just went and cut off everything. I know there is a language barrier, but if I'm talking and you're not understanding, just let me know so I can at least find help. There is Google translate, there is everything out there that can help us communicate better. So I was honestly a little upset. Besides that incident, they are super nice. I was charged $15 for them to remove everything which was a good price. It is a nice nail salon, but not really my vibe as I am used to something different. I have been going to Happy Nails for 12 years. I started out with a Tech that left to go back to her country after a few months and then Rose took over as my nail tech. Rose does a spectacular mani/pedi and over the years I have never had to go back for any reason after each one. The environment is peaceful, relaxing and never are you rushed out like many nail spas do. Here you are a person, not a number. Rose takes her time and truly cares about satisfying her clients. I see many loyal returning customers that have not only a professional relationship with Rose but also a personal one. I am one of those clients. I used to live nearby but bought a home in Royal Palm Beach. I made one attempt at a new nail spa and realized the uniqueness of Happy Nails/Rose. A generous 3 for the simple fact that I called to see if they take walk-in's and the lady said "come now, it's slow." I was literally in the parking lot so it worked out. First time here, as mentioned no appointment. Walked in and they rightly assumed it was me who called. No visible pricing available. Sat down and instructed and someone came over and just started. The staff is pleasant except for the one hispanic nail tech. In the middle painting my toes, she pulled out her phone and I asked well are you doing my nails also? Her response was oh well if you're in a rush, I can take my break and havr someone else do them! I've never experienced any oriental persons to be so disrespectful and unprofessional in all of 15 years of getting my nails done. This woman should not be in this shop because it taints the image of the other staff persons. Everyone else was kind and welcoming. Realized I had a few extra minutes and decided to try out Happy Nails since it was the only place open after 7 on a Friday night. Even though no one was available to help immediately, they set me in a massage chair to soak my feet to wait, rather than in the sitting area. I waited about 10 minutes, but my feet felt nice in the warm water. Then one woman worked on my pedicure, including the callous remover. She moved on to my hands before applying the polish. I thought it was odd, but another lady came over to paint my toenails. The first lady finished up my hands. I was done in less than an hour. By far, the fastest I've had in the area. I sat at the drying area for less than 6 minutes and still managed NOT to mess up my nails after leaving, which is rare. I'm writing this review two days later and my nails look good and my cuticles (which tends to be my problem) are doing great. I'm very happy with their work and for a mani-pedi, it was only $30. read more

The staff was so friendly especially Rose and i think maybe her daughter but i didn't catch her name :( Super cheap for pretty good nails. I tried them out for the first time during hurricane Dorian, they were the only nail salon open and i'm glad i decided to try it out! They only problem was that i don't think they do designs i asked for a simple sparkle design and they said they couldn't do it, but it may have been just that one lady that couldn't do it. I was a regular at this place until one tech totally messed up my nail shape. When I informed her that the shape was off, she got an immediate attitude and started cutting my nails off aggressively. The owner tried to accommodate, however my nails were way to tender from the new set and trying to correct the shape. Every since it's been an uncomfortable feeling when I go there, that nail tech would just give me an nasty look. Now way to often do I go in and have to wait for a good 20 mins only for them to tell me to come back because they are busy, why have anyone wait for that long to only have them come back the next day. They did my eyebrows way too thin and I strictly said only a clean up and my gel polish would completely lift within a couple days. They used to be a good shop. Idk what happened. I hate to be critical because the staff's nice and friendly but I truly question the sanitation and cleanliness here. I've tried to be open minded every time I've gone but each time I leave I promise myself to never return (it's close - I go because of location). My last experience included cold water, broken jets in the foot tub, and a temperature of a solid 80 degrees inside the establishment. We called ahead to confirm availability and arrived at the suggested time. We sat in the chairs for 25 minutes before we had to ask how much longer. The lady said "ready right now" but she wasn't even close. The chairs were stained and the massage feature was broken. The tub for your feet was not clean. Overall I just felt very uncomfortable and dirty. read more

If you want your nails done fast and well this place is for you. No great massage, no frills but nice people who will get you in and out quickly. The price is more than reasonable. Manicure/ pedicure/ eyebrow waxing all for under $40. Can you beat that?? Oh and did I say the people are very sweet. Only complaint was one of the technicians that did my eyebrows had long hair which kept falling all over my face while she did my eyebrows. Get a hair tie. read more

I've been a customer at Happy Nails for at least 7 years or more and I don't understand the negative reviews. I actually drive 30 minutes to visit the salon! It's always clean, the staff is polite, (I'm there to relax not socialize so chit chatting with the nail specialist is not a priority), the equipment works perfectly, and the prices are low for the quality of work you receive! My nail specialist's name is Kim. She is awesome! I always call for an appointment and when I arrive she is available. When Kim is on extended vacation I ask for Rose, the owner. If you have an issue while at Happy Nails, like it being hot, then speak up. Someone will adjust the temperature immediately I'm sure of it. It's a shame people will take the time to download an app to make negative comments online instead of addressing their issues face to face. With that said, Happy Nails is the place to go! My nails are not so happy. After my last visit of having a pedicure I received a fungus and lost two of my nails, due to them not cleaning the tubs properly. I will not be back nor would I recommend them to anyone. read more
