It's very apparent that BOA is certainly not customer friendly. They had recently closed the Lacey…read morerd branch once again. When it reopened after the Covid card was played to the hilt they refused to open the drive thru. Their only concern is to save money & have very little concern for their customers, putting them through much inconvenience. I live in Lacey and will have to travel to either Manahawkin or Toms River. Any other bank in that town are far better then BOA, my wife and I will be bringing them new business very shortly.

TD bank has great hours, which is honestly the only reason I stick with them. Today I went to…read moredeposit $650 cash into the ATM as I had my bills automatically withdrawing money from my account on Monday. Long story short - the ATM machine broke and took my money and debit card with no deposit. Upon letting the bank know, they claimed I would need to fill out a dispute form and it would take up to 14 business days to get the money back!! So mind you, all of my bills will now overdraft my account and I have no cash whatsoever. The head bank teller claimed the ATM is serviced by another company and there was nothing else they could do to help me. Having a job where I make cash tips I often rely on the ATM to make my deposits, but I won't be anymore.
