Your response is both defensive and offensive. Re : All their cars having warranty. Not so. See the attached photo taken today of a car on their lot . No warranty. You justify your pricing by blaming it on supply & demand . In other words you are taking advantage of the situation. Shame on you I say. Yes I have only left negative reviews. However I have only left two reviews total so its not like I have left a multitude of negative reviews as you imply . I do not like to pay full taxes. Who does ? And the following day I could send 2500 Then I got a letter from chase that I was close to my withdrawal limit from my saving's acct for the month. WTF it my money. "Claim reversal" all because I had reported fraud past their "60 day policy" and as part that claim reversal for 166.00 to an insurance company that isn't even in my state was within "60 day policy" because of my honesty and my late reaction on catching charges I'm out 166.00 the people in consumer service are NO help and are heartless programmed robots.... supervisor even hung up on me! Wish I got her name for a more direct review! Not many people can keep their cool knowing they aren't being helped and are being thrown through the hoops! I'm not sorry! I needed to pull money out of the ATM and the one ATM they have was out of service. Then I stand in line to pull cash out and I was helped by Donna which is the lead teller. She was very unprofessional, she asked me which account I would like to take money out of and even when I told her "checkings" she went ahead and literally yelled out both my Balances in my checkings and my savings account to damn near the whole bank. I love Wells Fargo banks however this is the worst experience I've had with them.

The lady in drive through and the other lady in the lobby kept staring us like we were some kind of criminals. It was very unpleasant, uncomfortable and awkward situation. Very unprofessional, will not go there again.
