The sill is rotten, time to go. I also figure why not replace a few doors at same time. I tried to reach the Kennebunkport/Portland location where my windows came from. It is somewhere between 100% and 1000% impossible to reach them to discuss in a normal manner. Ie can I send you a photo of window and approximate dimensions so we can discuss budget? Nope- the local 207 number goes to a data center that wants to collect all our information before an "IN HOME CONSULTATION". Knowing a sales pitch similar to a used car salesman I declined. So my house will be full of Renewal by Andersen, except for 1 window. I dont care if I put a piece of plywood over it. I won't deal with them anymore. Oh, and read the rest of the 1 and 2 star reviews. Its not me.
