Please be aware of this office. I went in for a consultation and filled out the paperwork and I was refused service because I asked for a copy of the paperwork I filled out. I noticed that there were two different doctors indicated and I want to know who was the Dr monitoring the clinic, I was told Dr. Hadley. Who is the other doctor referenced? I was particularly leary about the form that was for Refusal of bloodwork. Are they prescribing without any type of bloodwork for injections, etc. Anyone can the put the correct information to get meds- this wasn't me, I simply wanted a consult to find out what is available as I struggle with weight loss and have been unsuccessful with other methods. Please ask questions and make sure you are aware of what you are signing. I am glad I got refused as for me I want someone who wants to know my situation and ask me questions. read more

In the last few years I had gained 25 pounds. I'm 5'4", and while I've never been stick thin, this was a lot of extra weight on my frame and I just didn't feel good. I was out of breath and eating way more than I should. It was a combination of age, the pandemic, a job where I sat all day, poor eating habits (I love eating bad food), and no exercise. On January 25, I walked into this clinic. The staff was amazing and I decided to join the program. The medication does work, but you do have to do your part and do some sort of diet or exercise with it. Because none of the diets I've done before were ever sustainable, I decided to count calories so I didn't have to completely change my eating habits and with the medication helping to curb my hunger and it's worked wonders for me. Oh yeah and I hate exercise so counting calories was a better option. I do make sure I'm on my feet and get at least 7-8k steps a day. I've lost 18.5 lbs in 10 weeks. My old jeans fit, my heart rate has come down and overall I just feel like my old self again. Starting weight - 156 After 10 weeks - 137 Height - 5'4-1/2" Age - late 30s Pros: Staff are all great. They are friendly and personable. The NP on site is super cool and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. When you begin the program you get a body scan that measures all the of the portions of your body and tells you what portions of your body are overweight. We are all different shapes so that was neat to see. Medication works. Before phentermine, nothing could curb my hunger hence the weight gain. Cons: Phentermine- Side effects for me are dry mouth. During the first few days I had some insomnia. Drink lots of fluids! Also the diarrhetic did cause me some random limb cramping, probably because I wasn't hydrating enough so now I opt out of that portion of the medication. I definitely recommend this place if you are serious about losing weight. read more

Consistent with the other reviews posted below, this place is unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Update based on the reply below. Only a terrible business would mischaracterize what occurred here. I completed ALL of the paperwork presented to me. The staff approached me in a very rude manner and asked me to complete unnecessary information like my occupation (irrelevant!) and asked me to put the word no near a list of issues that said "check mark all." Of course, nothing is checked because none of those issues apply to me. Why would I need to write "none." And why didn't the paperwork instruct me to do that? You should consider updating your poorly, highly intrusive paperwork. And your staff needs customer service training, badly! Throwing an attitude at customers is 100% unacceptable, regardless of the situation. I would not have walked out on your business if I did not feel mistreated. I didn't want to put this review but it's my duty to be transparent. Last year I got the Coolsculpting in 4 areas (on my stomach) and I didn't not get any results. I'm of a smaller frame and fit. I wanted this procedure for my little pouch. Procedure was very uncomfortable but painless. But then after a day, my skin was sore for about 30 days. They said to wait for improvements, but I saw nothing. I even changed my diet and still nothing. Spent so much money. Ladies, please do your research. This location is always short staff there is hardly a provider ever there so it makes it hard to remain consistent on a plan when you can't get the medication for a week. This is the second time I've come this week and the provider has not been available, due to a family emergency and then leaving early. It's very frustrating. I came here for Botox after getting a ridiculously great deal on Groupon ($75 for 20 units). Service was quick. Everyone was friendly. There was no grandiose attempts to up-sell me on other services or products, which is so common at most other cosmetic "spas" around town...perhaps because this is more of a weight loss clinic. It's located in a shopping strip mall, right next to a Mexican food and Chinese take-out place...which is funny as this is a weight control place. Time. I call, come in or ask a question i get talked to like I'm dumb. Ive been coming here for several months and I can only say I have been acknowledged only 2-3 time.. Other then that they assume you should know to sign in and wait for them to call you. No "hello" no "welcome". I need to find a new location. Handing my money to a business that lacks basic customer service skills flors me. If management other then the store manager sees this you should really train your employees.
