By the time we walked the short distance inside, they greeted us by name with glasses of champagne. Our room was available early so we were able to check right in. We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples--all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. But then why would you change something at a place this perfect! It is a private area which has it's own little harbor and is well taken care off. Surf Colony 3 is surrounded by water and mangroves. We watch dolphins every morning chasing fish or playing around. ( but you often also spot manatees, sting rays and more) Surf Colony 3 has a big pool ( which is charred with Surf Colony 2) which has a great view of the Delanor National Park ( as the whole building has). However the pool area is accessible to anyone in this area as you do not need a key or anything to get in! This is a big downside as we often see people from other houses coming over using the SC 3 pool. So there you have another idea for a little improvement! :-) The apartments in SC3 have a great layout/ floorplan(?!) - nice living room with open kitchen and then 2 bedrooms with bathrooms! Further from Surf Colony 3 you only walk 10 min to the most amazing Vanderbilt Beach. Never very full and one of the best beaches in the US if not the best! So: If u have the chance to come here - take it!

From the moment you arrive, until you leave you get exactly what you hoped for from Four Seasons. Service the is beyond normal expectation, a staff that wants to make your day better, and a location that makes the days go by way to fast. This place has a local vibe that is unique. And really relaxing and peaceful. I look to Four Seasons to help me unwind from a busy schedule and day to day interruptions. I find that really exists at Naples. The sand is white, and the ocean is right at your feet. The sunset is unobstructed from the deck off our room, and from our bed. Really cool. There was cheering from the bar patrons when the suns last light fell behind the ocean. It was beautiful. The pastry chef makes the best cinnamon rolls at brunch. Staff is always within reach, and the manager was present throughout our stay. They have opened a nice coffee shop cafe on premise that is really convenient and the coffee is excellent. My Grandkids loved the Naples zoo, it's small but good. Has a fun boat ride. And the Revs auto museum Was awesome, including race ready cars from multiple decades.
