This is our second visit to the newly opened Four Seasons Naples. I am a huge Four Seasons Fan, and Naples has already become one of my favorites. It has a very friendly vibe. From the moment you arrive, until you leave you get exactly what you hoped for from Four Seasons. Service the is beyond normal expectation, a staff that wants to make your day better, and a location that makes the days go by way to fast. This place has a local vibe that is unique. And really relaxing and peaceful. I look to Four Seasons to help me unwind from a busy schedule and day to day interruptions. I find that really exists at Naples. The sand is white, and the ocean is right at your feet. The sunset is unobstructed from the deck off our room, and from our bed. Really cool. There was cheering from the bar patrons when the suns last light fell behind the ocean. It was beautiful. The pastry chef makes the best cinnamon rolls at brunch. Staff is always within reach, and the manager was present throughout our stay. They have opened a nice coffee shop cafe on premise that is really convenient and the coffee is excellent. My Grandkids loved the Naples zoo, it's small but good. Has a fun boat ride. And the Revs auto museum Was awesome, including race ready cars from multiple decades. Hard to write a negative review. So price wise. This hotel is not cheap but it's also not expensive. Compared to all the luxury hotels in the area this was relatively cheap. The hotel is a bit run down. We booked a large suite, which was really great size, but it was lacking everything. I had to ask for extra blankets. Wine glasses, silverware (the suite had a kitchen). I felt I was bothering hotel staff for something that should just be in the room. Our suite had a huge jacuzzi tub that didn't blow bubbles, just made noise. The lobby staff was great. Valet was hit or miss, why are they not in consistent uniforms? I felt I was leaving my car w a stranger at times. By day 3 I recognized them but at first it was scary. Nobody in valet picked up the calls from my room so I couldn't save time that way. Pool was an a+ large and warm with great staff and good food. Only complaint was the slide didn't work. The beach which was a cart ride, very cool scene. I loved, great staff and good restaurant there. Location of the hotel was great too. Easy ride to main town and north as well. read more

You just can't schedule loud and heavy equipment use without giving people advance notice. It was impossible to find quiet and rest during the day. I would have stayed elsewhere. I did stay and look at my new bites on my ankle :( Update: they changed my room (it is a conference destination) and the bites went away. Gym and pool are very nice, coffee bar excellent and food good. Beach is about a mile walk or ride and the waves are minimal. read more

I hadn't visited Naples in at least 12 years by my recollection. But my wife had to attend a conference being held at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, so we booked a room while there was still availability. Overall, I dig the resort even if the amenity pricing overall is pricey. My wife and loved the bedroom with the ceiling high mirror by the beds. We managed to sleep ok in one of the queen-sized beds (they didn't have any kings available). The bathroom had a separate roman tub, which was really nice, in addition to the clear glass-paneled standing shower. Plenty of counter space to place our toiletries, and the closet space was solid. Being that we were there for three nights at least, we were able to spread out in the room. The desk area was really good to do work, while the front cocktail/snack bar area allowed us to place our drinks and other snacks with a refrigerator below for cold beverages and leftovers. There is an adult only pool in addition to the large pool with the tropical island motif water slide for the kids to play on. The main pool area is really nice and had a nice design with a walk-in entrance on the north side. I was bummed that the hot tub in the adult only area was under repair for our trip. I really had wanted to go in that. A good feature for the pool area is that there is an elevator that will take you up to the third floor where the fitness center is located as well as the rooms, bypassing the lobby altogether. The pricing for food and beverages was high but more hotel-price high than just palm beach high. Still, it was expensive for the breakfast buffet when it was the standard fare such as scrambled eggs and bacon. For more than $30, I only did it once. After which I just went to the coffee bar that had cold brew. The main bar was jammed packed due to the conference being held that my wife was attending. The bartenders did the best they could but I felt the hotel could have prepared better for having more bartenders and barbacks during those peak hours. The drinks and food we ordered one night were satisfying but felt it was a little more than what we could have paid. While the amenities such as the spa looked alluring, I wasn't sold on spending between $150 and $200 on a 60-minute massage. A lot of the options felt more out of price range than what I could have spent elsewhere. Despite the pricing concerns, the resort is really nice and the cart shuttles that take you on the boardwalk to the beach is fantastic. There is a cafe by the beach when you arrive where you can order hot dogs, burgers, and sandwiches as well as ice cream and cold drinks. They also have alcoholic beverages if you are inclined. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the reputation this resort promotes. While the property itself looks nice on the surface, the overall organization and professionalism were lacking. Communication was inconsistent, and situations were not handled as smoothly or transparently as you'd expect from a high-end resort. There seems to be a disconnect between management decisions and day-to-day operations, which creates unnecessary frustration. For a place that positions itself as luxury, the internal execution doesn't always reflect that standard. There are better options in the area that offer a more polished and reliable experience. read more

I didn't stay in any of the rooms. I was only there for a College Alumni banquet back to back years. Their service can improve, their food was fine, their location was poignantly next to the beach . A golf cart ride is definitely needed along the boardwalk to the beach. read more

Not all it's cracked up to be. Will not be going back :( We had an excellent time here a few years before COVID hit. It was pricey, but well worth it back then. Service was excellent all the way around. Our latest, much pricier visit left us surprised and extremely disappointed. The upgrade to so-called "Gulf View" rooms did face the Gulf but "the view" was more high-rises with glimpses of the water in between. The room was clean & comfortable but housekeeping service (e.g, for extra pillows or an extra blanket) was not very responsive. We had to request the same thing several times before the request was fulfilled. We tried several of the resort's restaurants, all of which served mediocre food and worst-yet service. One of the waiters complained to us that he had too many tables and could not guarantee service. At that point, we finished our drinks and went off-site for dinner. Some good points: 1. The young lady behind the cafe/ coffee counter was very pleasant and kept the cafe open for us late-comers. She had every right to just "close up" but she didn't, with a smile! She was one of the highlights of our stay (and we tipped her very well, accordingly). 2. The bartender at the pool bar made an awesome Piña Colada. 3. The drivers that carted us out to the beach (on the golf carts) were terrific. For the amount of money we spent there, we expected more than we got. This last experience pales in comparison to our first. This last experience will also be our last - just another high-priced, mediocre service hotel. You'll be better off spending your hard-earned $$ elsewhere. read more

Beautiful location and the outside of the building is gorgeous. Standard rooms are dated especially for the price point. Our friend is also staying in a standard and she had to move rooms because the shower drain backed up. The mini fridges in both our rooms keep drinks cool but do not refrigerate if you have leftovers or anything perishable. We ordered queso at the pool and the chips were great but the queso looked like it came straight out of a Tostitos jar. Not what we expected at a 4.5 star property. read more

This was my first time staying at the Naples grand I was unaware of my expectations, but based it off of the nightly room rate, even an off-season, I had high expectations. I know they were undergoing some renovations. I was unsure to what extent. The renovations included only the upper floors and didn't interfere much with the stay short of one of the restaurants being closed and some squeaky doors. The hotel entryway is big and bright nice outlets for food breakfast lunch however I feel like I was misled by some marketing material when it came to the amenities. The pool was far smaller than it seemed in many of the photos chairs were piled on top of each other, and it was hard to get a seat. Also, the seats themselves were very mildewed It seemed like everything needed a pressure wash. I'm unsure if they're going to be renovating the pool, but it could definitely use it lots of chip tiles and it needed a good scrub. There were many employees working and it was hit or miss one of the bartenders and I'm sad to say I didn't get his name was very nice. He worked at the poolside bar. The front desk took forever to get to to check in the serving staff at the beach restaurant or miserable. The hotel was far under capacity, but the pool was overfilled and the staff was dragging. It took quite a bit to get simple things like a drink. They don't have microwaves in the room or allow outside food. However, the outlets being pricey was to be expected, but I didn't think that the food was good enough to suffice the price. I love food. I am a foodie. I'm happy to pay for an amazing meal, but these were just not amazing. Now the room we were on the ninth floor and the room we were assigned seemed as it may have been vacant for quite some time or at least I'm hoping the attention to detail was missing. The room was ragged and falling apart. The balcony had no protective measures a bit of a worrisome situation for a mom . also, the lack of screen protection invited birds of all kinds to the balcony. We were woken up first thing in the morning by a gaggle of crows just swarming our balcony. I've included photos of just lack of attention to detail as far as the room goes, lots of stains, rips tears, and even missing hygiene products. I'm sad to say I don't think I would make an investment to stay here again. Maybe after all the renovations are done however I don't believe I will be returning my notes to the hotel. Is that if you're going to run specials for kids have things for the kids to do Short of the waterslide there was nothing for the kids no poolside activities a very limited kids menu no crafts, no activities and honestly, there was nothing truly for the adults to do either. If I could give this hotel negative stars I absolutely would. I attended a FCA conference at this hotel and I have to rate it as one of the absolute worst hotel locations. I arrived on a Thursday night at 9 pm after 12 hours of traveling. The restaurant that was suppose to be open till 11 pm was not open or the service had gone for the evening, I next tried to find my hotel room which was in a cabana. Lighting was so poor that after 15 minutes of walking around outside in the bark I gave up and went back into the hotel to get assistance to my room. On Friday night, I went to eat at a restaurant and parked near my room. When I left to lunch I had a large green sticker glued onto my window saying I pad parked in a handicap spot. Well, lighting was too poor to see it at night. I spent a hour removing the sticker and reparked my car missing my time for lunch. This hotel has absolutely inadequate parking, poor exterior lighting and facilities for having any large conference. I want be attending any future ones if they are in this hotel. read more

Hotel rooms are basic. But the service at Aura is awful. Food came out cold, they forgot my husband's entree, charged us adult price for kids pasta despite our specifying what we wanted, calamari was so tough you couldn't chew. When speaking to the manager, she did offer 50% off the bill, but didn't remove the inedible or undelivered food from it before taking the discount so in actuality we paid the same as if we would have if we were not charged for those items. We recently had our company Christmas Party at the Naples Grand. Most of us arrived early to enjoy the amenities prior to the party. They have a beautiful pool area with 2 pools, one with a slide and the other a little more tranquil. The pool bar located strategically between the 2 pools was the spot. Our bartender Mariano was awesome and even offered my wife a taste of a drink that he had made a little extra of. She ordered one or maybe 2 but who's counting. The beach which is accessible by a tram service is beautiful. You could stay close to the action or a short walk could whisk you away to your own private paradise. Our room was on the 6th floor with great views over the mangroves to the water. We have our party at the property every year so we have been on several floors and the best views are from the upper floors, 15 - 18. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. At the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and drinks were plentiful and the servers were all pleasant. The ballroom was perfect for the size of our group and well decorated with our company colors. I honestly enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres more than the dinner, not saying it was bad at all though. Unfortunately they will be renovating so we won't be able to stay there next year but I look forward to coming back. read more

Not trust worthy. They knew they were remodeling. They knew the suite we booked wasn't going to be a possibility. We came to check in and they tried to charge for the top floor but give us a very worn out regular old suite and not tell us. Front desk kept asking us if we had been here before. Room tub had hair all about. Just a terrible start and it's our 40th Anniversary. Naples is not all that and so over priced for no reason at all! Not a good choice. read more

We attend an event here almost ever yr and this yr was very disappointing. The resort seems like it needs an overhaul and touch up. The bathroom had mildew on the tiles. The room had little black ants everywhere, which was irritating as hell. When you're ready to use the shower I hope you're not in a rush because it takes anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes before the water got hot I actually thought it was broken and had to call the front desk to get somebody to come look at it and rest assured when he came he had a nasty attitude. One of the elevator call buttons wasn't working so the lines to get back to your room from the lobby where ridiculously long. They really gotta get back to the standards of old. read more

2nd visit today just for spa services. The girls that check you in tell you nothing about where to go or what to do. The bathroom locker area is very small and hard to manuever with several women in there. We did not get our glass of champagne after our massages because no one was around to provide it. Also they force you to pay 22% service charge on your card and not allow you to pay cash in the spa. Thats wrong. We tried to eat lunch by the pool but it began to rain so they asked us to move up to the covered area. The server brought our food then never came back. Poor service today. Disappointing. read more

This is a review based on our stay at this hotel. Three Days of Leaky Toilet Misery - Zero Action Taken! I wish I could give this place zero stars. We've been staying here for the last THREE days with a leaking toilet, and despite repeatedly asking the front desk to send someone to fix it, nothing has been done - or whatever was done has not worked. We've reported this issue repeatedly. Every evening we come back to find a puddle and the same broken toilet. How hard is it to send maintenance to handle something as basic as plumbing? I shouldn't have to use towels to mop up toilet water on our vacation. This isn't just inconvenient - IT'S UNSANITARY! I expected better. Placed another call to guest services yesterday asking to speak to a manager and was assured we would receive a call back in 10 minutes. No call back from anyone and no repair even attempted yesterday. At the very least, we expected to be moved to a different room. But apparently, guest comfort is not a priority here. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and dealing with management that doesn't care about basic maintenance and unclean conditions. Totally unacceptable. Some added perspective. We are paying more than $6k for 2 rooms for 6 nights. Still have not spoken to a manager. We've asked for a credit due to this inconvenience and were relayed a message from the manager that they've offered a whopping credit of one day's resort fee for one of the rooms, $40...Yes, $40. Still no fix yet and no offer to move rooms or better yet, an apology. read more

I was very between a 3 and 4 here, but with no half star status I am going with 3 stars. Why I would say 4 stars... -Location is great! As some have said it isn't technically beach front, I would maybe say beach adjacent. They have a great walkway trail to the beach that is about 15 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride. They offer constant loops on the golf carts from just outside the pool area right up to the beach deck. Super convenient! However, I highly recommend the walk, it's super relaxing and really not that far and better than waiting on the golf cart line. -Rooms are spacious and there really isn't a bad view from any of the rooms. We were on the 16th floor and could see everything! The rooms have a nice balcony area that you can actually relax on the couch on not be in some tiny chair. Ideal for catching those west coast sunsets. -Cleanliness! I found the facility to be super clean There were never any garbage or drinks left around on tables and things which I always appreciate, especially in the time of COVID. Why I would say 3 stars... -COVID precautions were almost non-existent. The pool was packed! Granted I understand it was a weekend after New Years, but that really is still no excuse. The pool chairs were on top of each other and there was really no opportunity to not be on top of a stranger. So much so, my boy friend and I didn't even feel comfortable using the pool during our staff. We opted for beach only. Mask rules were also not super enforced. The staff was pretty good about wearing masks, but I never once saw anyone ask a guest to wear a mask when they were up walking around and such. very disappointed! as returning guests for over ten years, unfortunately this will be the last visit! upon making the reservation, there was no indication of construction taking place with drilling and noise (started at 8:00 am and continues as of 2:57 pm! can hardly hear the television in our room. not notified the Catch of the Pelican was closed for renovation either. Charges for cabanas at the Adult pool are $500- no wonder they are all empty! The rooms are spacious and flow is well designed. I worked from my room and it was conducive with all the plugs and free WiFi. Deck was large and great views of ocean and canals. Love that they had outdoor furniture for up to 4. All staff was so friendly and one in particular on his own gave us a tour to get our bearings. The grounds are well landscaped and the pool has a waterslide. Walk to beach is a well maintained boardwalk about 1/2 mile long or take the tram-they run constantly. The neighborhood as well is great for a scenic walk of large homes on the canals or head to the nearby mall. Perfect location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. read more

I did a day pass here when the weather in FLL took a turn one day and we decided to cut across to find the sun. We stayed on the beach all day so this is basically a beach review lol! Took the 5 minute golf cart ride our to the beach from the hotel. Loved the powdery white sand that was super clean, we were greeted and set up by a beach attendant. There's a water spout that you can refill your bottles as well as a bar and lunch restaurant with seating at the deck if hungry or thirsty to help yourself. We loved it! The pool area was huge and well maintained as well as the lobby area. Everyone was super helpful as we navigated our few hour stay there. read more

We enjoyed our eight night stay at Naples Grande . We decided to splurge a bit and our 18th floor suite was mostly comfortable. Offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Naples area - purely exotic. Minor problems included a temporary cable service issue on a couple of nights. Also hotel had an A/C problem on one particular day. Bed was perfectly comfortable and the bathrooms spacious however the shower could've used stronger pressure. Housekeeping was spot on throughout the week handling our room with care - all smiles all the time. In fact all employees including front desk and especially outside parking attendants were helpful and friendly. Outside pool area was most comfortable with courteous and alert waiters / waitresses handling all your needs. I was happy with our stay at this resort. The rooms were large and clean. I really enjoyed the balcony as it had great furniture to lounge and enjoy the view and weather. The pool was also nice, it does have a water slide where you could find many kids having fun. To get to the beach, it is a long walk down the boardwalk or you can wait for the golf cart. I wouldn't say it's easy to go back and forth from the hotel to the beach, however they do have a restaurant and bathroom on the beach. The restaurant was under construction and closed during our visit, so I didn't not try that. read more

Had a great stay and overall excellent experience when I was in town. Upon checking in I was told that I was upgraded to one of their villa suites which was a great way to start off the stay. The staff at the front desk and throughout the stay were so great, very attentive and hospitable. The room and amenities at the hotel were wonderful. Pool was beautiful and the grounds on the property were clean and very well taken care of. Staff at the pool bar were super cool to talk to and treated us so well. Food at the hotel was excellent as we had a four course meal for an event and everything was so delicious from start to finish, not to mention the staff, they were just as great. This was my first time stayIng at this resort, but it will definitely not be my last. Whenever Naples is my destination I will be coming back here for sure. read more

Love this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Marie from front desk was awesome! The beach is a 5mins tram ride. (2) pools available- one for kids and adults only pool- pool wait staff are attentive, easy to order poolside food and drinks. The spa was a wonderful experience, love the dip pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms. The only concern we noticed was the shower in our room had a plumbing issue- water took a while to drain and flooded a bit while taking a shower. The beach staff member didn't clearly explain that the small cabana was $25 and kept mentioning the big cabana for $300 even though there's only (2) of us. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return when we visit! Love love the beach! Tram available to go to downtown. read more

Have very mixed feelings on how to rate this hotel. Will try my best to summarize all aspects so you can judge for yourself and take proper advice. Valet parking top notch! Location, very good and will explain the beach later. Front desk very good! Got my room at 3:30 no problem, was ready and clean!! Staff asked if I wanted room house keeping which is important for me. So far so good! Bell boys Very good as well!!! Room was in a nice 8th floor overlooking city and some water. Size of the room was pretty good, had a balcony and I think all if not most rooms have the same layout, so this was good. Room was clean, bed was good, good duvet and good pillows (extra pillows ordered feather). Bathroom was good, double sink, tub and shower separate, shampoo dispenser, hairdryer, and plenty of towels, good quality towels. Water in the sinks could have more power! There is a good working fridge, a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee, tea and bottled drinking water. Night stands could use more outlets! Terrace furnished and spacious for the type of room. Breakfast, here comes tricky parts.... Since Covid, all hotels have cut down on buffet which is understandable, but please, we need quality and some goodies with the breakfast... croissants?? Bakery?? All of these inexistent, even at a cost, which should not be the case for what they are charging already.... Service was good both days, food, below average... simple eggs were super over done even though I asked for them runny... pancakes were also not great, the type that crumbles... coffee was good ILLY brand, so very good. Fruit was good and whip cream also quite good. For what they give you now super over priced!!! Pool, the pool areas are ok, towels are ok, chairs are ok, these were clean and staff all over was good. Beach, oh my! Here is the not so good part of this hotel, you can hop on a golf cart that can take you and other NON guests to the beach and back or you can decide to walk which is a good 15 minute walk that is very nice, so walking is a good option! If it rains, these carts are not the best option so you can get stranded at the beach for quite some time as the line forms and it can take forever.... Remember these carts do NOT belong to the hotel and can take out of the hotel people that park next to the hotel, so they cannot control what happens there. You arrive to a structure that has restrooms and a bar area where guests can sign to the room or pay with c card... you go down stairs and go to a table that can give you towels, well if you can call these towels!! Maybe rags is a better term.... Of most I got, and I chose mine trying to get the "newer" ones, they all had holes or were torn!! What a shame. The beach chairs are good and look pretty recent, that was good and it is first come first serve, there are plenty and if not they do have others stacked up just in case. The day we got there, weather was not great and The Beach Boys told us that umbrellas (they cost $15 plus tax) were not available for that day as there were wind gusts that had blown away several..... for me, just crap, we stayed and saw that other people that brought theirs had them on with absolutely NO problem! This part of the staff was really worst than mediocre! If it wasn't for the beginning of my review, this rating would have been 1/5. Next day, it was a beautiful morning and it had chances of rain for 4 pm, so at 1ish I heard one of the boys say, do we take out the umbrellas?? WHAT??? management, don't give bad staff the power over what happens at your hotel!!! We are talking absolutely NO cover from the sun without them.... The beach experience is a negative for this hotel, fix this and you will have better ratings than what you have. The property is not bad and we are looking for a weekend beach hotel near Miami.... This can be it if and when you fix the beach problem!!! At the hotel you place a wrist band that "guest" but for me not so valuable... the only real place needed is the beach and i saw many people grabbing towels and chairs that probably were not guests at the hotel. All in all this hotel could be very good if they fix this beach issue. One last positive point, (yes, over with the beach!!!) is the checkout process is very smooth, you can leave Lugage at valet and they will store it in a dedicated AC room until you need them, so we had a bad with change and grabbed it to shower before heading back home.... This process was impeccable, we went to the gym, very nice and clean, showers nice and clean and plenty of GOOD towels there, so that was a plus!!! We had a such a great time! Our room was extremely spacious and the balcony was perfect for intimate breakfasts! The pool area did get very busy, but it's summer so that was bound to happen! I came for a long weekend on the Fourth of July and I was impressed with the rates we were able to get for two nights. The view from the 16th floor was amazing and the room itself was spacious and very clean. The balcony was beautiful overlooking the ocean and we could even see the fireworks display i the fourth. Pros: -Location (less than 1 mile from beach access) -Amenities (free shuttle service to beach, gym, free bike rentals) -Multiple restaurants on site -Lots of outdoor activities to participate in (golf, tennis, biking) Cons: -The pool (especially the adult side) needs a renovation -Parking garage elevator was broken which meant we had to carry our luggage the entire weekend -Parking not included (about $30 a day) Heads up: there was a $150 resort fee that was charged that is refundable. Good for use at the pool, restaurants, gift shop, etc. We ended up using it entirely in three days. We were never ever talked to like this. Even threatening us because we moved a chair in the pool area. You are not La Playa or the Ritz That is for sure. Resort - NO More like Gestapo Will never come back to this Hotel Miss Natalie needs to be brought down a notch. She threaten my husband If he did not get up from the chair. He just had major back surgery. She thinks because she had a headset that she was a professional bully. And she brought security. REALLY Shame on her. My husband asked if he could sit while her offer to try to find chair with umbrella and was told, I believe the phased used was "forcibly removed" - wanting to sit under umbrella caused this much threats? Moving a chair? If we were talking the same language as her. We would of been treated very differently. Blonde/white american with very little melatonin, who had 4 major surgeries in Feb. has to duffer her wrath because he wanted to sit under umbrella? Sorry we do not speak spanish. Resort was beautiful We loved the layout and our room had a very nice balcony overlooking pelican bay also perfect view if the sunset. The room was more spacious than a standard with 2 queen beds. It also has a small fridge. There us a $37 resort fee. It actually includes a lot. It included the lounge chairs for the beach and self parking Pool area is also very pretty. The adult pool area is beautiful with nicer cabanas. The family pool area is also very nice with a small waterfall and slide into the pool. They have 4 cabanas available in the family pool area. We rented one for the day and it provided good coverage from the sun and great service. $150 for the day we never had a problem getting chairs by the pool. Beach was beautiful. Great fir young kids as there are no waves. You can bring your floaties and enjoy relaxing in the water. The chairs are included with the resort fee but the umbrellas were $23 each. They also have cabanas for $28 and a luxury cabana with a bed and sun chairs for $200. There is a Greek restaurant where you can grab lunch and drinks while at the beach. The trolly that bring you to and from the beach was great. We never waited more than 10 minutes. We got there too late (11am) one morning to get a cabana but there were still plenty of chairs and umbrellas so no worries there. Food at the pool was pretty good. The kids also enjoyed ice cream and frozen virgin drinks. And the service at the hotel and pool was always friendly and attentive. Breakfast at the hotel is a bit pricey so we only ate breakfast there the first morning as we were anxious to get to the pool. $20 per person for their buffet which included eggs to order. Relatively upscale resort near the water front in Naples. Prices aren't bad and the views are nice in almost all of the rooms. We paid a reasonable amount per night using a booking website. When we arrived at the property, there was a mix up with the front staff and they didn't realize I have booked two rooms. After we spoke with a manager, this was resolved. Fine. We took a trip to the pools. The pools were dated, but decent. The chairs at the pool weren't in the best condition - good luck finding one without dried bird droppings. Covering the chair with towels fixed the issue. The staff didn't seem to enforce a mask mandate within the hotel itself. I understand masks are no longer mandatory but it's frankly uncomfortable when a maskless guest enters your elevator. The beach is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but even shorter if you take their beach tram. The path to the beach makes a nice running trail. The beach itself was quiet and very nice. However, be aware the you need to book beach cabanas in ADVANCE and on a separate website. They have a two chairs per room policy, any more is extra - $15? Per chair. The umbrellas themselves need to be rented. Now here's what really put a damper on my experience. The staff at the beach does NOT have an umbrella reservation system. If you want an umbrella and the desk has already rented them all out... BRING CASH. Why? The beach attendants have created their own economy of selling the umbrellas to guests with cash under the table. I found out the hard way as I watched attendants promise me an umbrella, only to give it to the couple next to us who slipped the attendant a $20 bill. This happened several times and so I went out of my way to get cash just so I could secure an umbrella and get out of the hot sun. It's extremely disappointing - the staff didn't care about anything but the money. If the hotel was smart, they'd crack down on this. They're bleeding umbrella rental revenue and also hurting the overall beach experience. I loved the beach at the resort, but this is definitely a reason why I wouldn't come back. read more

We are here for our anniversary and could not be happier! This hotel has great pool areas, beautiful views, lots of restaurants and lounges onsite, and they provide golf cart rides to the beach. When we checked in, they gave us discounts for the spa and sent up a bottle of bubbly to our room. The self parking is convenient. The room is beautiful and clean. We will be back! read more

Based on the mixed reviews, I was so nervous because I was booking a weekend golf getaway for my husband. Ultimately, I decided to book a villa. Upon arrival for check-in, there was no one outside for valet or bell service. Contrarily, check in was a breeze and customer service was great. Parking near the villas was right but thankfully we found one (don't make the mistake of parking in the valet only parking area). I immediately feel in love with all of the greeny/water feature...it was so calming. The villa appeared to be clean and styled up-to-date but I noticed little things like dead insects on the desk and chair (I didn't think it was a big deal because insects are population FL especially around water and greenery. Also, the cabinet door to the mini refrigerator was quite loose and wobbly which made it hard to close once opening (I notified management) and there was only one robe in the closet (not an issue for us because my husband never uses the robes, just me). Although, we enjoyed our stay there is room for improvement, such as with restaurants options. Breakfast was absolutely horrible both days. The only thing I enjoyed at breakfast was the service, coffee and potatoes. Service at the pool was fantastic. BUT the slide didn't open until 10am and I think it should open early for the kids. The walk to the beach was a lengthy since the shuttle didn't start until 10am but it was good walk to walk off that horrible breakfast.
