He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." Louie and the team were genuine, meticulous, and transparent every step of the way, even giving me a ride home since I lived close by after dropping off the car. The results were amazing. Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

Pricing was very fair for the work done. Full front XPEL PPF, full 8 year ceramic coating, ceramic tint all around--including windshield on my Ioniq 9. Wasim even scheduled a follow up appointment a week later to ensure the film had fully cured. One thing to note, they let my cars 12v battery die. I don't necessarily fault them as they work on plenty of EVs, but Hyundai doesn't seem to protect the cars 12v like Tesla does. Learning experience for both of us. Most importantly, Wasim handled the issue with the utmost professionalism, getting the battery fully recharged and coming along on a test drive with me to make sure it was good. Overall great experience. Will be recommending his shop to friends.

I'm so happy we found SunDiego Auto Spa as I have another car with XPel PPF (2020 Camaro 2SS) and the shop that I had it done at 6 years ago changed owners and the new owners don't get very good reviews... If I have any issues with that car, I feel comfortable handing my "baby" over to Wasim to take care of, I would be very comfortable with that. HIGHLY recommend these guys, super passionate about doing things right! I grew up working in my Dad's Body Shop during High School and College, so I've been a "Car Guy" all of my life...
