I reached out for an estimate on a wrap for a company vehicle. Matt gave me an estimate based on the information I had to go on. He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." His team is also helpful. They went through what I needed vs. didn't need. Some cars have factory tint, but they don't have the UV protection. I decide to get what I got on my last car which is the crystalline series. You don't have to get this all over, but I did because I drive daily and I'm in the suns path often; also because I have people in my car often. It's good in preventing skin cancer or giving you peace of mind if you have had it. The cost is reasonable; they do a fantastic job and the ceramic tint lasts a really long time. You cannot tell it's on your windows, but you can feel the extreme difference between having it and not having it. An easy 15-20 degrees cooler in direct sun. I swear by this business and their products. They also do wraps and coating and other types of things like that. I haven't used those services, but I am sure they do a fantastic job with them. They are a well trained staff. They know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

After 2 years the PPF on my doors started to come off. So I came back here and asked them if they could fix it. Right away this guy named Mike said that the PPF only came with a 1 year warranty and if I was looking to get something fixed for free I could forget it. He was very rude and disrespectful. He was acting in an aggressive manner and and kept saying, "We are not going to fix anything for free". He was very immature and disrespectful. The person that installed my PPF was Luie. But he wasn't there that day I was dealing with immature Mike. So I left. I took my vehicle around the corner to Tint World and I told them what happened here at Luxury Image. They took a look at the PPF on my doors and right away they pointed out all of the flaws my PPF had. They couldn't believe that they installed the PPF in that manner. They explained to me that nothing was wrapped correctly. They simply put it up against the edge as far as they could go and cut it. They gave me a great deal on all the doors and rockers. Don't waste your time coming here to Luxury Image. They should change their name to Lying Luie & Immature Mike. There are plenty of other places with better prices, better product, and better customer service. Not to mention 10 year warranties. This place only offers a 1 year warranty and Immature Mike acting aggressively.

Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

Wasim and his team were fantastic, Wasim is a VERY passionate "Car Guys" and really wants the customer to be happy and get what they want, even smaller details we talked about on drop off were NOT forgotten or overlooked (cleaning the inner barrels of the wheels, they looked great!) I'm so happy we found SunDiego Auto Spa as I have another car with XPel PPF (2020 Camaro 2SS) and the shop that I had it done at 6 years ago changed owners and the new owners don't get very good reviews... If I have any issues with that car, I feel comfortable handing my "baby" over to Wasim to take care of, I would be very comfortable with that. HIGHLY recommend these guys, super passionate about doing things right! I grew up working in my Dad's Body Shop during High School and College, so I've been a "Car Guy" all of my life...
