I was calling around trying to find a place to print some car decals, and it seems like every sign company I called was either too expensive, the turnaround time was way too long, or they just had no interest in taking a small order. I am so happy that I found Sign Studio and just wish I had found them sooner. Rich responded promptly, was very reasonably priced and got the decals created in just a few hours... talk about amazing customer service. He asked all the right questions and let me know as soon as my order was available for pick up. I had my baby's Doc Band Helmet designed and wrapped here and it turned out perfect! my husband and i love it. Custom design has additional rate but they also have a pre-made design which are also cool. It took us three weeks for everything to get done though but it was alright. The customer service here is great. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I wanted to get my son's Doc Band wrap and I could only find 2 locations that provides this service in San Diego. Sign Studio provides free labor for the Doc Band wrapping as their philanthropy; however, they do charge for the materials they use which is totally understandable. They charge $20 if you choose one of the design available by wrapbuddies.com. However, if you want custom design, it's $80. I picked one of the design template available for $20. Horrible business man, I've called and spoke to someone who I asked if you would do signs for mall in specific city and they gladly told me yes! And he will have the owner to call me over after 30 min which that 30 min took almost a few days and after a phone call which rich did couple hours ago and I sent him some pics and he never called me back which he saw the email and I had to call and his answer was he hasn't done signs for malls and he'd have to pass on this one. I don't like to write bad reviews but if you would take the time and call people and not Waist peoples time will be much appreciative and at least I could of came back to you for some other reasons to gain my business. read more

I found this place when looking for a wrap for my daughter's DOC Band, it is like a helmet to help reshape her head. It comes in its natural all white so when first told my daughter had to get this "device" i was already wondering how to make it better for her. In search i found Sign Studio, i called and spoke with Matt, he was very familiar with the band and they already had a form to fill out just for this type of job. From the first phone call, the planning and specifications to the install - a week went by and here we are, all wrapped and awesome! !! Unlike many other places, we did have to pay a fee which was really NOT that much and we didn't have to go on a waiting list or wait for a specific date and time. We got to customize ours and be done and out the door. We are soo HAPPY with the outcome. By the way they have a good selection of templates to choose from and if you really want to design your own you can for a little more but it's a flat fee, nothing more nothing less. My son got a DOC band and I came across this company in San Diego to make wraps for the helmet. I worked with Matt who was extremely helpful and got our order submitted and installed in about a week and a half. We only had to pay the cost of the materials ($20) and they install it for free. The Sign Studio did a fantastic job with a wrap for my son's DOC band. Matt did an original design which came out great. I found them to be responsive, timely, kind and thorough. Although others state here they received their wraps for free, however, we did pay for the original design, plus a bit more for materials cost.
