My worst nightmare came true and we hit a traffic jam on the freeway and I had to maneuver around the other cars in a quick moment. I apologized profusely for my city driving in which the instructor told me not to apologize, that sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. You're not leaving the parking lot unless you pass the parking, which to be fair was extremely easy. The parallel parking doesn't have to be perfect, just inside the lines and don't hit cones. After my test I asked if there was anything I could work on and my instructor said that I knew how to drive and she just stared out the window most of the time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The POINT system is a real joke, only 6 to begin with. Not to mention no one who took their test today passed the test! They have you practicing in a tiny parking lot, with no room to maneuver the vehicle. You can't even go forward during parallel parking -- if you do it's a point! The staff were very curt, just shy of nasty. The Latino girl who gave me the exam was rude. Their concept of parking, and maneuvering is totally UNREALISTIC to real world driving experiences. Every little "error" is a point. That young girl gave me ten points, for each time I adjusted while trying to maneuver into their coned parallel parking simulation. The expectation it seems, is perfection. This experience is indicative of the idea that, "everybody can't handle power". There was no grace at SAME DAY ROAD TEST. I concur that it is a money grab at the end of the day and highly recommend that one read reviews and trust them, because this was a true waste of time, money, and energy. DO NOT USE SAME DAY ROAD TESTING.

I have a family to take care of! I have been going back and forth with trans union trying to fix this, but I SHOULDN'T have to go through this just for trying to better myself professionally. All the resources that YOU paid for shouldn't be taken away just because you did bad on a test. Yes that's right, all resources provided are taken away if you fail. When he kept saying that you need to see the campus and financial aid is available to those who qualify, I figured that this one year program was probably ridiculously priced somewhere north of $15,000 in tuition costs. At this point, I told the gentlemen that I was not interested in a campus visit and promptly hung up. My thoughts were that Dorsey Schools trains it's "advisors" in the fine art of sales and makes the campus visit appointment to get the person in the door and sign a financially binding agreement. When I checked their website again, I could not find any tuition information so I'm leery of an institution of higher learning that is unwilling to declare the costs of their facility.
