An unexpected bonus of the final product is the durable quality of the paper. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't easily crease or rip. The ink doesn't smear either.

Waiting two hours for revisions and still errors. Told it was "too late" when I picked up final programs. I am highly disappointed and disgusted. I came to them based on reviews....i did not have the same experience as others. $242 for 200 programs.

They have a lot of samples to choose from and they will do what you want. When dealing with people during a stressful time I think they are very patient. I visited the office several times and I think I counted 4 people who were doing a pretty high volume of work. I recall having to send items more than once for whatever reason, but ultimately I was pleased and would use them again.

She was literally smashing them with her hand on her desk as I sat there with my son explaining how I wanted the obituaries to be. I can even get over the nasty gnats flying everywhere how very gross but I can't get her lack of compassion her disrespectful demeanor and rude attitude . My mother just died and that lady could careless about your loss . the deposit was 200 and after that her rude behavior started after I message her to ask about obituaries she clearly had a attitude. now I have never had obituaries made before so I just needed to know the process and I was told by her I would get a email to look over and approve obituary but I didnt get one. So I messaged her saying I never got a email to approve the look of obituaries and I had paid a extra 75 to get obituaries in 24 hours instead of 48hours she called me letting me know to check junk mail and basically don't text her that she did not open til 10am and let's get this over with so she could be done with me and my obituaries and if I basically keep texting her she will refund my deposit now i would of took the deposit and ran but my mother funeral was two days away. so I played it cool . But gross Behaviour. If u can stomach the nasty facility and nasty behavior of the owner be my guest but I will never Ever Ever go back to or recommend this place to no one . Thee worst ! On top of they messed up obituary. With no remorse . Gross facility gross Behaviour. When I went to pick up the obituaries she was rude with a ton of extra obituaries of my mother sitting there that she wanted me to see and she let me know she was keeping them .... Like I said no compassion nasty lady don't waste your time. I just picked up obituaries and left with my son knowing lesson learned NEVER AGAIN . I let my son know I would be posting a review and he let me know don't forget to tell about all the nasty bugs mom. My son is 8.
