Now, this Blick isn't two floors, in fact their one floor is only a fraction of that other store, but not every location can be that stacked. It's a smaller footprint but they pack a lot in. You don't usually get to see ceramic glazes and underglazes in arts & craft stores but they carry some which made me really happy as I was able to find a few of the underglazes I had been looking for. They also carry the Mayco brand (which no other ceramics specialty shops in the area I've been to carry) and I was able to find a few of their colors that I had had on my wish list. They have a ton of brushes, canvas, paints, pencils, solvents, etc, etc. All at various price points, so no matter what your background is, professional artist or novice, you can find something to either get you started or help you hone your craft. In addition to the art supplies they do have a small section of some miscellaneous gifty-type things which are also fun to browse (many of which would make great stocking stuffers). My last visit I got a keychain tape measure and I can't tell you how often I use that thing. Best couple of bucks I've ever spent! The other thing worth noting is that they do offer a "buy online pick up in the store" option which is great if you're in a hurry. If they don't have what you're looking for in shop they can find it for you in their online store. I've searched for some really random stuff over the years and I've always at least been able to find it on their website. Staff here is very nice and helpful. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes and all the self checkouts had the assistance lights on. The worker just mumbled and didn't do a thing so i just left. This is the final straw for me. I won't be back and recommend not coming here as it's a waste of your time.

this place is awesome. my friend drove by it on day and went in and then insisted i had to come…read morelook. they do have some stuff for cheap and some stuff would cost less at a chain or warehouse, but whatever, just get it all here because you'll come out ahead at the end. i did get some buttons for cheap and dirt cheap glitter. there was also some stuff i would never use that was amazing to look at - doll body parts and decorative things and such. (i sew a lot but am not big on crafting so some of it was out of my realm of understanding.) the ribbon, lace, or tulle by the yard was on the pricier side. they also have some random little toys that are like fifteen cents. and beads. there are so so many beads here, it made me wish i did bead crafts of some sort. also, they give you a little gift when they ring you up. i got a diy lace snowball ornament. it's hard to describe but you kind of feel like you tried to go back in time, but the machine took you just a bit too far. but the stuff is still relevant to your interests, but slightly off enough that you're not going to buy everything. just go check it out. it's a lot of fun and i'll definitely be back.

I was at the last of the booths when at 5:40 I heard someone come in and the man (Jim?) behind the desk screamed they were closed, the woman wanted to confirm because of the 6 pm closing time, he screamed again and then started cussing at her. I believe he even called her stupid after she left. I couldn't believe it, my jaw dropped. Something so simple made him snap. She called him out for being rude. Which good for her. Mind you there was no announcement made to customers that they were closing earlier and no sign on the door stating so either. I walked out looking for the poor woman.
